@@FiredUpWealthI have too many spec plays in my top 20 holdings still. I’ve been buying UNH, SNOW, TSLA mainly along with some new spec positions like GTLB. I’ve added to SPRX also I’m trying to get some higher quality names in the top 10. Still drilling this spec sizing into my head.

Can you please put together a video of the top five to ten stocks for a five to ten year investment cycle where they make the most $$ in that time and could effectively cash out if needed... would love to know your thoughts for someone in that situation... But I’m retired and have a big chunk of cash (don’t need this money for retirement) to invest in the AI, Tech, and Semiconductor boom that everyone is getting rich on. But I don’t want to do all this research (busy drinking beer on the beach). So if the market has a nice correction, what good combination ETFs do you recommend? Missed RKLB by 2 cents lol. Had a LO in for 3.47. But yeah both of my #1 and #2 conviction stocks/companies are down big. 1 being TSLA and 2 being RKLB. Opportunities continue to present themselves and I'm trying my best to add shares of both

High inflation is in housing because low inventory this is solve if the interest get low people will began selling again and buying just my opinion this is very difitent to cars. High inventory on cars will drop prices

Correct, but it's still a small cap and speculative because of China exposure. Long since $28.
The fed should hike interest rates but they won't. Interest rates will be higher for longer.
I think most agree that rates will be higher for longer. So far, the economy is handling higher rates pretty well.
Federal spending (adding 1 trillion to the debt every 90 days) is inflationary. That must be addressed
Definitely have plenty issues to address ✌️
