    The only thing better than #dividendstocks is getting your #dividends every single month with these monthly payers. Most of these monthly dividend stocks are special types of companies that pay almost all their profits out as cash flow to investors. It's a great way to get the highest #dividend possible and pay your bills but there is a hidden danger in these. Many cut their dividends regularly and the stock price may go nowhere. Worse still is the giant bite out of your dividends from taxes every year. I'll show you how to get around these dividend problems and how to invest along with revealing the highest yield dividend stocks to buy.

    To enhance our long-term investment mix, my partner and I are introducing a range of stocks and ETFs. We've committed $220k initially, with a particular emphasis on inflation-protected bonds and businesses demonstrating robust cash flows. My interest in stock market investment was sparked by dividends. The interesting part, in my opinion, is that you can survive off dividends without selling if you invest and generate more revenue. It implies that you can impart that to your children, giving them a head start in life. I own almost $600,000 in dividend stocks because I bought a lot of them in the past, I'm purchasing more now, and I'll buy more when the price lowers even further.

    I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.

    I would think that a major benefit of dividend investing is that calculating portfolio size needed is not relevant. We don't care about the value of the portfolio. We care about the sustainable income it pays. As you invest you can gradually see the income rise as you invest more and pull the retirement trigger when it's high enough regardless of the market sentiment.

    • @eloign7147
      @eloign7147 25 дней назад +6

      Calculating the portfolio size needed is very relevant. - How else do you know how much to contribute?

    • @rogerwheelers4322
      @rogerwheelers4322 25 дней назад +6

      By calculating how much additional income the contributions produce and estimating how that income rises. the capital value will fluctuate up and down over time so the amount of income new additions give you varies. so capital value being high with a market yielding 2% is no worse for retirement than the same portfolio at a different timepoints where the capital value is half and so the yield is 4%. so long as the yield is sustainable in real terms the capital value being half does not matter. its the same income stream at a different moment of low market sentiment vs high market sentiment.

      People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

      I've been riding the GLAD horse for several years, now. It just went through a 2:1 reverse split. Someone posted that a limit on the number of stocks they can issue, and this maneuver keeps them under the limit while enabling them to issue more shares. I'm getting over $200 from GLAD each month, which goes right back in through DRIP.
      I also owned ORC for several years. They didn't adjust well to the Fed raising rates and there was a lot of negative press, so I sold out of ORC. Might be worth getting back in.

There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. You can buy a cheap stock like amc 2.95 a share, buy 100 shares (295 dollars) and do a little out of money call 3.50 for a 10 weekly call. you can go more extreme with a 3.00 call collect 19.00. Pot stocks are great like tlry are cheap and get good weekly income or even a dividend stock like abr collect dividends and weekly calls money.
