The stock market is definitely picking up pace right now, but I still think investors should be careful at this time. I'm actually a newbie in this space, so I'm open to hearing other investors' take on this.
I think the market is likely at its best now, but I still believe having a CFA is crucial to navigate the market and moderate your risk. Their expertise can really help you make informed decisions
I agree. I've been working with a CFA since 2020, and I return up to 20k every month, and I don't even have to lift a finger. Although I also think the reason I make this much is because I started with significant capital
Thanks for sharing your experience! I've been managing my portfolio myself, but it's not working out. Do you have any recommendations for a good investment advisor? I could really use some help.
My CFA, Joseph Nick Cahill, is a renowned figure in his field. I recommend researching his name online; you'll find all his credentials and everything you need to work with a reliable professional. With many years of experience, he is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really needed it. I looked him up on Google and explored his website; he has an impressive background in investments. I've sent him an email, and I hope to hear back from him soon!
My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.
Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown
the best market strategy is to work with a credible investing coach. Since a while ago, I've been in touch with a coach, mostly because I lack the depth of understanding and mental toughness to deal with the ongoing market conditions. You lack the information necessary to succeed in a competitive market, not because you're doing anything wrong, but rather because of your lack of experience.
It's wise to stay proactive and diversify assets to manage risks during uncertain times. I’ve delegated my financial management to a consultant after facing a major downturn in late 2019 during the COVID outbreak. Today, I'm semi-retired and about 25% short of my $1 million retirement target after making additional contributions.
Sometimes Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.
Nobody knows anything, you need to create your own process, manage risk and stick to the plan, through thick or thin ,While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving
Many overlook that banks are return-driven businesses. I don't trust keeping a large sum in a bank. Instead, I invest with guidance, enjoy the benefits, and save for retirement.
Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.
I've shuffled through investment coaches and yes, they can be positively impactful to an individual's portfolio, but do your due diligence to find a coach with grit, one that withstood the 08' crash. For me, Sophia Maurine Lanting turned out to be better and smarter than all the advisors I ever worked with till date, I’ve never met anyone with as much conviction.
I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income
Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional
Accurate asset allocation is crucial. Some use hedging or defensive assets in their portfolio for market downturns. Seeking financial advice is vital. This approach has kept me financially secure for over five years, with a return on investment of nearly $1 million.

The market's direction can swiftly change, with indexes frequently transitioning from a bear market to a bull market. It's tricky during election years. I recently inherited a lump sum and want to invest it wisely. Any tips or strategies to take advantage of this potential upswing?
I would avoid index funds, mutual funds, and specific stocks for the time being. Right now, the best option is a fixed income of five percent. Put money aside for the times when the market really starts to bounce back. most importantly consider financial advisory for informed buying and selling decisions.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
Viviana Marisa Coelho is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. By looking her up online, you can quickly verify her level of experience. She is well knowledgeable about financial markets.
What sets top investors apart from the rest? I've got $385K in equity from a home sale and I'm unsure whether to put it into stocks or wait for a more favorable market condition.
You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
Most people minimize the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I am currently in my 50s and This is no time to taper retirement savings. I want to max out my retirement contributions and I also have another $200k in a savings account that i want to invest in a non-retirement account. Where should I invest it now?

Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2024 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
Review your portfolio with a professional and don't make the same mistakes again. Diversify, as in your stock portfolio, and hopefully consult a professional. The key to building wealth is long term. I learned 10 years ago that you have to keep emotions (rookie) out of your investment decisions at all cost. Now, i've made over 800k in profits from my 350k investment.
I believe the safest approach is to diversify investments especially under professional; guide. You can mitigate the effects of a market meltdown by diversifying their investments across different asset classes such as stocks, ETFs etc It is important to seek the advice of an expert.
I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisers online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?
I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘Grace Adams Cook’ for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
I've just begun learning about value investing, and I've found that many good stocks are undervalued despite their intrinsic value. If you had $200,000 to create a strong investment portfolio, which stocks would you choose for better returns?
Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks.
Yes. It is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold, which is why a coach is important. Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.

Abel Dorsey has the most potential to do more than X10. ETH and BTC will most likely do a X5-X6, but that's fine for me. Gotta look for better entry points while I stake IRIS and PGEN, then wait for Polygen's next raise as I also look at their new partnership with Kenzo Ventures

The difference between investment and betting is the time period. After the "Big Bang" in London, tracker funds were going great guns (gold was doing better I think). An investment is at least 5 years, no cheating. Anything below that is betting unless you really know what you're doing. Then came the 2000s and a double whammy from the Internet crash of.. 2001? then the biggie in 2007-8. The tracker funds that have performed so well for years on end, aren't doing as well any more. If you listen to some like Jim Rickards, there's some Black Swan event round the corner that may put you off investing forever. Nothing lasts forever though, stick with it. One is counting on human greed, and there's plenty of that to go round.
My portfolio for the past 30 years has always been self managed and I own 3 shares of Berkshire Hathaway Class A stock (BRK:A) which I bought in at about $17,000 during the mid 90s, I'm currently liquidating some of these positions to incoporate new Gen. Stocks, but am I better off re-investing into Gold as it seems stocks are a little too unstable right now.
I’m a contractor, and my job doesn’t permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I’ve had a fiduciary actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that’s how I’ve been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell…maybe you should do the same.

I did not believe that after the whole FTX drama there's any good to get this year but Abel Dorsey proved otherwise. Bad timing maybe but it's a great adoption to get this more to the mainstream and raise awareness. Probably a high contender for a top 100 growth
I think it depends what you want to FOMO into Abel Dorsey. Some people's objective isn't to stack up on BTC, some people think we're just getting started because BTC dominance is only getting bigger mate. A greater opportunity awaits those that have different goals in mind.

It all depends on how long you're willing to hold for, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend wouldn't be a problem if you're a pro.Reason I decided to work closely with an brokerage-adviser ever since the market got really tensed and the pressure became so much(I should be retiring in 17months) so I've had an brokerage-adviser guide me through the chaos, its been 9months and counting and I've made approx. 650K net from all of my holdings.

People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 13 years, resulting in a $1 million portfolio, largely from early investments in AI and other growth stocks.

How can I reach this advisers of yours? because I'm seeking for a more effective investment approach on my savings?

Investing in stocks and holding them is one of the best ways to grow wealth over the long term.
Long-term investments almost always outperform the market when investors try and time their holdings.
That's because investors must be able to take on a certain amount of risk while they wait for higher rewards down the road.
A long-term investment strategy entails holding investments for more than a full year.
Individuals who take a long-term approach require discipline and patience, with a knowledgeable expert like Bianca Harley Doran, it would be possible to achieve maximum returns.
Riding out temporary market downswings is considered a sign of a good investor.

Is the s&p 500 a good investment ?

Spot on. The market presents different. opportunities to create passive Income, with the right mentor and proper understanding you're good to go.
When you venture into the world of financial investment, it's important to understand some foundational principles
It simply means the allocation of money toward an asset or portfolio, with the expectation of earning a return over time.
Yes, It a procedure where you allocate money or capital towards buying financial products, expecting to earn a considerable return in the future.
According to Patricia strain an expert, this can occur through appreciation in the price of the asset, earning interest, dividends or royalties.
Patricia Strain must be a great person, her strategies are top notch.
Patricia Strain knows it all, how can i reach him please.
The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.
Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
There are a lot of independent advisors you might look into. But i work with Susan Annette Love and I have been working together for nearly four years, and she is excellent. You could proceed with her if she satisfies your discretion. I endorse her.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
I feel investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, considering the current rise of the stock market since trump was pronounced winner of the united state election. 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered. I don't know where to go here out of devastation.

Many people minimise the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!

I believe investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, especially given the present rollercoaster nature of the stock market. 35% of my $270,000 portfolio consists of collapsing stocks that were previously respected, and I don't know where to go from here.
Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert

Blcktken300 is young. Holding almost anything mentioned here is a good hold because the VHS or Beta will only show in time. I want to hold them early. Its sad that most dont think of these things as good future holds instead of being out of the market and bottom hunting. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.
The professionals presently control the market since they not only have the essential business strategy but also have access to inside information that the general public is not aware of.

Building your passive income through dividends is a solid strategy, but for me, early retirement with financial freedom is the ultimate win - especially if it means having a million at my fingertips. I'm ready, but here's what I'm after: what can I do to capitalize on the next market surge and accelerate my path to independence?
Whenever you're ready, hire someone to manage your money. You need a (CFP) straight up! personally, I would invest in ETF's and also love investing in individual stocks.
You’re right! The current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner.
Yes. It is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold, which is why a coach is important. How can I find a verifiable financial planner? I would not mind looking up the professional that helped you. I will be retiring in two years and I might need some management on my much larger portfolio. Don't want to take any chances.
Sonya Lee Mitchell is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio of $450k dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
there are tons of cool stocks in different industries to watch. You don't have to act on every forecast. I suggest teaming up with a financial adviser who can help you pick the right times to buy and sell the stocks or ETFs you're eyeing. They can give you some solid advice to make smart moves
That's awesome to hear! Having a skilled adviser to guide your day-to-day investment decisions, especially with their expertise in long and short positions, risk management, and access to exclusive information, can really make a difference. It's no surprise you've seen such impressive returns, netting over 2.8 million in over 2 years. Keep up the great work with your adviser!
bravo! I've been getting suggestions to consider financial advisery, but where and how to find someone reputable has been challenging, mind if I look up the adviser guiding you please?
Her name is Rachel Sarah Parrish . Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I just curiously searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon. Thank you
Blcktken300 gang in the house! Thanks for the analysis!
Norman Vitalii’s investment strategies are incredible. I’ve always loved art, and thanks to them, I now have my own art studio!
