Should I pull for her or pulling Icarus (due to the frost meta) is a much more preferable choice?
Hmm, tough choices but from having A3 Alyss, A0 Icarus can already pair with her well. A0 Fiona should also finish that comp greatly. Saki requires A1 for the unli-reset meta though. I also use Fiona Icarus Alyss and its also great, although you dont get reset, you get to fill energy fast due to Wave Pressure so it means a lot of Loneliness which Alyss can 2x.

She is. They actually work to trigger the Alteration resonance and it has advantages of its own e.g. they work with any weapon type/element. Of course the damage is not similar with pure comps, the flexibility is what makes this comp viable as well.
I still don't get how this "Scattering technique" from her 4 pcs matrix and traits works. 4pc matrix says: While not using Benediction Resonance, cast Scattering Technique to increase final damage by 28%/32%/36%/40% for 20 seconds is it automatically re-casted every 20 seconds?
Honestly, I think A1 Icarus can outDPS A6 Lin. Reason being Icarus smoothens your rotation ensuring Saki's reset. His bonus skills are high mods so make that 2x with Alyss aid. Also, at A1, a lot of stuff happens with Icarus' yoyo's
It's good with Alteration resonance and Fiona will be taking up field time in this lineup. We can wait for the next volt which is Rubilia how her kit works

actually any unit can fit Lin-Fiona alteration team. Alyss is not advisable in this team since she can't repeat Alteration skills so Saki will fit better for her A1 reset. Right now, most use Gunnono as main DPS with the alteration queens supporting her.
I am frost main currently have A1 Saki A0 Frigg and A6 Tsubasa still no alyss. But I'm saving for icarus should I get alyss or is it okay if i discard frig for awhile and go for icarus A3 then my frost team now is A1 saki A6 Tsubasa and A3 icarus. Thaaanks
That team should also work and should still complete Saki's reset per rotation. Although the damage is less compared with Alyss A1. Just make sure to maintain Tsubasa's DMG buff per rotation (Dodge Arrow)
not sure myself, the buffs for Fiona should justify losing the ATK resonance since with Lan, it will be Balance resonance. Need to wait for the actual buff values

If you're a DPS, then I would suggest to replace Meryl with Fiona. Meryl is mainly intended for tanking so you can use either Tsubasa or Frigg as main DPS

If you're focused on healing, and supporting in team content, Fiona can do a lot. Fiona's kit is complete at A0 and her advancements are only to increase DPS so if you dont mind damage, A0 is good enough and easier to save for. You can still use Crow-Nemesis if you want Volt benediction with Fiona. Although more general-purpose comp is alteration so Lin-Fiona-Nemesis?

Understand that the X skill doesnt count into saki reset and aqua brilliance reset wave pressure. What if i put wave pr into fiona skill one n prioritise her discharge? Doesn’t it become infinite reset comp also? 😂

Umi is viable at A0, her kit is already complete. Her advancements just increase DPS/utility. For Lan, she needs A1 for her "broken" synergy with Annabella/Cobalt and "ammunition-type" of weapons
In terms of DPS, you get more out of Fenrir. It would be Lin, Nemesis, Fenrir. There's some time after Fenrir so you can still save for Fiona, if you really want
Surely Fiona is good with Phys comp. Since you will most likely stay on Lyra, Fiona's Vortex and Wave Pressure really fits the team to provide energy recharge so you can keep Claudia discharge and skills buff.

Rainbow team is specifically Lin-Fenrir-Saki (Lin is needed to activate Saki's A1 reset which is the core of Rainbow team to spam Fenrir A1). For volt main lineup, Fiona-Rubilia-Fenrir if you don't like Tian. Although, Rubilia's trait and Tian's Dubhe benefit from having 3 volt weapon team

However, rainbow team has so much better survivability especially against endgame content due to Fenrir A1 spam/lifesteal consistently. This will depend on Rubilia's modifiers so I can't say for sure. Actually, Tian's A1 benefits Fenrir more as her notes is also a function of your max HP, which Tian's A1 increases per Superconductor stack. In my opinion, better A0 Tian, then all-in for Rubilia for max DPS. It is also a better investment for the future as Rubilia can also be a discharge-skill-swap type then main DPS on the future volt

First, are you a DPS main? Remember if you use Saki with Fiona (Fortitude + Benediction) you can only be Balanced Resonance at best so it is a DPS drop. Second, Icarus' kit is tailor-made to compliment Alyss, as his dmg comes from his skills which Alyss copies for x2 damage. If you don't mind the above, then sure, Fiona Saki Alyss is still good. Also, Alyss cannot copy any of Fiona's skill though it does counts towards the crystal buff
Frost main? If you are Frost main, I would advise to go for Icarus as he's the final piece of the Frost Team Reset META. However, I'd like to point out that both Icarus & Fiona are perfectly viable even at A0. Their kits are already complete.

tbh, not really. She's like a healer/buffer/DPS rolled into one. Besides you need another Benediction weapon to maximize her healer abilities. In a DPS comp, she can provide side heals while buffing your damage

If your discharge refreshes wave pressure I feel like vortex as main and wave pressure as second would be good combo

No its not automatically. Its a simple buff that lasts for 20secs and triggered by using any of Fiona's skills

Icarus completes the Frost-reset Rotation much more efficiently (and easier). With Alyss, doubles the damage of Icarus' quiet.

for CN, the s are short on her discharge than is necessary. Global might change the duration though. For her skill, no iFrames

Sounds good. Just manage to discharge also to Claudia to maximize her buffs. Fiona's discharge too since it resets her WP and its an ATK buff as well
