The problem with F2P and low spender is, whether to pull icarus or not. Because right now is : alyss saki and frigg, and soon frigg will enter standard banner so high chance to A6 her But if we pull for icarus, can only get him at A3 max, yet we get his kits which can boost skill CD gameplay 😵
Global has better balance(and lower dmg) than CN, which has major power creep, so you can generally run the characters you like better. An example of this is that frigg is still very good in global frost teams.

cancel discharge of alyss still does damage. I think icarus have the same animation too
Most skill discharges do dmg also after casting at least one alyss will coppy 70% dmg eaven if it not deal any and you save 3s animation time
