Danelectro are by far the most underrated guitars. Currently, I have 38 or so guitars, 5 are danos. Every time I plug one in, I can't believe how good they sound and how favorably they compare with all the other big name guitars I own... Hands down, the best value. Also, my longhorn baritone rings more than any guitar I have ever played!!!

I live near Buffalo NY. No retailer carries them.😢 Fender/Gibson still floods. Dano, beautiful coverage here.

My '59er 12 string in black&white is 450.0$ well spent.

I as well believe Korean-made guitars are the best manufacturers outside the USA. Great quality for the $$.

Danelectro, though totally cool, has gotten WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. And NO, for the 59er, that is not a very good price. ☹️☹️

I wonder how the Dan sitar reissues compare with the Jerry Jones models that came along after Coral ceased production?

I also wonder. I play a Jerry Jones Baby Sitar, same model Ronnie Wood currently plays with the Stones. I've had it for 25 years, and it has held up well. It's tricky keeping the necks right on these because the buzz bridge is really sensitive to minor adjustments. For the last six years I've used it with a Stones tribute band but before that, mostly recording. I'd like to try one of the Dans.
