I like this guy. I really do. The grass cutter meat is a delicacy in Ghana. I love it. I really do. I prefer it in light soup. Extra spicy. As for et) (your first yam dish), It can be served in so many ways, with different variations of veggies to make it all colourful. You made the right choice by eating at home. @Black Phantom the kind of comment that can only come from someone with the brain situated in their anus. Ebola is in East Africa idiot and they do not eat grass cutters there. Zoba!
Your son is so lucky to have an adventurous father like you!
Now it has become a addiction to watch Mark's Food Vlog
AJINKYA PATIL *yes marks food vlog s totally additied I agree and hello NAMESTE LOVE INDIA from Germany*
I really admire how your wife gives you a warm and patient company everywhere. She deservs a lot of credit.
The soup that had both the fish and rat in it with the rice ball looked bomb af... This dude is living the dream... Going around the world and eating what the locals eat, with the locals, in their home, meeting people from the other side of the world... I'd take that over a nine to five/seemingly perfect suburban life any day
Erik Galicia yep

This guy he is American, that is why he is humble and nice. He is not from your country stop nagativaty.
You can do it bro..
Who care hes injoying it do be rude or mean this plafe would be good to go to food looks okay and how is it dumb to try out the local foods yes some food can be alil toxic or issues but still nice people and places
It's not fish and rat, it's fish and grasscutter, ground beef, bush meat or mole. We don't eat rats in West Africa.
Your eyes reflect your love of humanity. I love your blog. your enthusiasm is very infectious. God bless you and may God protect you and your family.
You would have paid an arm and a leg for bush meat in a restaurant. Do come to Ghana again and try another meal.
Wow you are really doing great in Ghana 🇬🇭 God bless you and your family 👪
Wow. That's awesome man. The dishes most Ghanaians would enjoy to eat, eto. And akrante (grasscutter) soup. These are some of the best foods in Ghana.. I am very proud that you people are eating healthy Ghana foods.. I enjoy watching this...

Most speed meter don't work anymore.
Ghana uses metric system, so it would be about 90-95 in MPH.
LOL LOL
I though I was the only person that noticed that. I noticed it as soon as it went by. It was so funny lol. That person had to have been trying to get away from the police.
Man, you look so happy because you’re looking forward to munch on that bush rat. I love your positivity and willingness to try new exotic foods. Great videos

This culture and country reminds me so much of my home island, Puerto Rico.
Ghana has some really good looking and tasty food. I'm glad that you are choosing to document these far countries.
I think my husband and I need to relocate to a simpler life. The city is exhausting. My heart craves for good, simple food and warm, friendly people.
