To have your biscotti really hard, after the first two cooking, take them out of the oven for 15 minutes. Then put the oven at 200F and keep the biscotti for at least 4 hours. Check to see if they are hard enough, otherwise leave the in the oven until they are crispy. It’s like the real thing.
@@SonalsFood yes, it was quite long to cook, but at 200F. Check after 2 hours if it is hard, otherwise keep in the oven checking every hour. Every oven is different. But it was a real success.
Thank you - will try this recipe today - this is my favorite snack/dessert - I love the ones from Costo, but don't use white flour when baking - these will be perfect.
Hi Sonal .. always loved your keto recipes and tried following them. I love the fact that you make them so interesting. Just wanted to know if you still follow keto diet.. has it benefited you.. if yes .. would love to see the diet plan ( in calories ) you follow especially with keto. I have been trying hard but sometimes the food gets so repetitive that I tend to lose interest continuing it. TIA.
I totally get you. I am off keto but struggling to get on it. I have done this for 3 years and the food does get boring. I will say the trick is to keep your eye on the final goal and have strategies. So meal prepping helps. If you have a bunch of food in the fridge ready to go, you are less likely to cheat. I try to keep the calories around 1200. Maximum 2 meals. One large and one small. Ideally I was doing 1 meal a day.
The Ingredients :
Ingredients:
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Cup Almonds
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Erythritol and Stevia blend (1/3 Cup Erythritol)
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Can it possible without egg
@@vasudhamehta3981 Well maybe with some more baking powder and xanthan gum. But you will have to try it out.
Can we replace erythritol by xylitol
I've started Keto however my downfall is snacks and sweets. This recipe looks delicious and would travel well. Thank you for posting.

Good idea. But did you actually mean 4 hours?

FYI, the written recipe doesn't include any butter and it also says 1 teaspoon of baking powder when the video says "1 Tablespoon"
Thanks for pointing that out. The ingredients in the description are the right ones. I will put it in a pinned comment.
I love biscottis too! But is it possible to make it without eggs or using flax seed?
I haven’t tried unfortunately. But you can substitute the eggs fr flax in most recipe I have heard.
😁👌🖖✌👍😎
