      I'm so happy to have discovered this video. I've been sleeping badly and suffering with bouts of extreme fatigue due to hormonal changes.
      I feel so refreshed after this I can continue with my day with renewed energy.
      I have been using this and your other NSDR & yoga nidra videos daily for about 4 weeks now and feel like I have a new lease of life. I feel calmer, have more energy and am more productive.

    I’ve been doing Yoga Nidra/NSDR for about 3 months now, it is so incredible, I’m able to be productive in 2 big phases of the day instead of burning out in the afternoon. This here has to be hands down the best body scan I’ve ever done! Incredible thank you so much 🙏🏼

      There’s generally a lull in the afternoons that most of us get around 1pm-3pm and I try do it when it feels right for my body!

    Ik started yoga nidra last year around this time. I just had my first child and got a post-natale depression. Yoga nidra has helpend me heal my body and mind so much! I started doing it twice sometimes three times a day. Right now, after A year, my depression is gone and I feel way better. However I am so gratefull for healing without medication and I notice a big change in my sleep during the night.

    I've been trying your NSDR for about a year, on Andrew Huberman's recommendation. I have advanced cancer and this practice is very helpful to just get through the day, as getting good sleep has been a problem and this practice definitely acts as a recharge. Thank you. I'm in Portland, Oregon.

    I've been practicing yoga nidra with your recordings for maybe two weeks now. The first thing I noticed is that I really enjoy them and feel good immediately after. I also see better functioning over the course of my day. Thank you.

    Thank you Ally. Very relaxing and soothing. I am trying to quit ‘smoking’ and your guided practices are helping so much. The only issues is RUclips tends to like to blast their advertising at the end. It can be rather shocking when you have just surrendered yourself and then HERE COMES THE COMMERCIALS. Other than that these vids are helping so much with the cravings.

      Hey Jeffery. I know how you feel, RUclips is such a great place to put free resources out into the world for people. It comes with it’s downsides of course. Really the only way to get an Ad free experience on YT is to go Premium. Also you can also find the recordings for download on my website. Know that I do try to talk for a good couple of minutes at the end of every recording as well in order to give people time to hit pause or remove headphones etc. I’m grateful that this platform gives me a way to reach people and provide resources so I can’t complain but I hope this gives you some ideas of how to work with it :)

    Thank you for these yoga nidra sessions. I had a right side brain injury, and a the entire left side of my body was crushed in an accident. I survived these injuries, I fully healed and am thriving in life. I am so blessed to have survived the things that I have. I still have no feelings in some parts of my body on the left side, so there is a disconnection with my left side nerves and the right brain. These yoga sessions have helped me reconnect with my left side in a way that I didn’t think possible. I really like the full in-depth description of the right hemisphere and the left side of the body, IDK if I missed it, but I didn’t hear it in this video. It doesn’t matter you have many other videos that I listen to that do. I wanted to let you know my story and how you positively influence my life to reconnect with my body and nerves. Thank you.

    Namaste! I am from Canada, has just listened to this beautiful version of yoga nidra in a plane on my way to Toronto. It helped me to relax and slow down after a very intense period of life. I’ve been doing Nsdr/yoga nidra for around 2 years now. I do it almost every day with different guidance. It is a life-changing thing indeed. It helps to calm down mind and body, recharge the battery, fall asleep faster and build up resilience. I am so grateful to the person who familiarized myself with it🙏. Thanks Ally!

    I am from the UK and have been diagnosed with ME/CFS. Someone told me about yoga nidra being helpful for them. I have been practicing for the last few weeks and I feel so good.     This was my first time. I was watching zwar333 on Twitch and doing yoga and he played this after. I felt phenomenal. My entire body felt stimulated and there was an odd breeze on my skin that wasn't actually in the room. It's very rare I don't have a trainwreck running through my brain but this did the trick.

    Perfect mini-practice to tuck into a busy day. I continue to begin each day with a yoga Nidra from your channel. These practices ground me in my body, connect me with my nervous system in its deeply calm state and allow me to take an intention into my day that I can return to through any wave of emotion that may arise. Repeated over so many days (I’ve been with you since the beginning) I feel less susceptible to prolonged stress and more present in my life.     One of my all time favorites. You really pack a lot into 15 minutes. Very calming. I'm using this most days, sometimes twice in an attempt to regulate my nervous system. It works.

    Thank you, Ally 🙏 I am currently working on resetting my nervous system in order to find relief from neuroplastic pain in the form of sciatica. Your yoga nidra meditations have been a huge help in this process and this one in particular seems to resonate even more.     Hi. I'm melanie. I found your channel few weeks ago. I'm autistic and suffering really bad anxiety at moment. I can sometimes relax enough to do the practice sometimes not. I'm doing one of your vcrs though 2x a day and also listening to ambient music thru headphones. It's going OK. I find your voice v soothing. I will persevere as I'm sure it can only help my mental health. Best wishes

    This was excellent. I’ve been doing meditation, breath work, yoga asanas and yoga nidra for 5 years or so for balancing stress and inviting more joy into my life. This nidra was simple and effective and suggests a basic understanding of the underlying Neurobiology, which I appreciated greatly. Greetings from Germany.

    I just started yoga nidra with you this week -- i've meditated a lot of different ways, but this i noticed enlivens my senses over my whole body and provides a rested feeling when i finish. i'm curious how it will continue to affect me. right now i'm practicing on my lunch breaks at work, so i wonder what a longer session would do over the weekend too. thank you so much for these videos, they are magical!

    I'm so happy to have found your channel and this short practice has been a huge help to me. I often feel extreme tiredness during the afternoon. This is like a complete reset for me, giving me back my energy to get on with the rest of my day.

    India!😊 And, I find your different length (time) ones very practical for different needs. And, much better than any Indian ones (true, as per my experience). For almost a year, with gaps off and on.
    Different times/lengths, is very good, as sometimes 5 minutes is needed, and sometimes 25. Most used is 10 to 20 minutes. Just one thing - 5 minutes is a bit short sometimes, can one be made around 7 minutes ??!
    And, what everyone says about ur voice - it's true! 🙂
