you think dropping from 5 to 4 changes the dynamic, try to take 213 Park with 2 operators in RoN. my mate who's a MCPO US Navy Ret (medically) and I CPO US Coast Guard RET (8 yrs) (working the narco routes) managed to score an A+ at 213 Park two nights ago using SBR .300/MPX, Taser/Taser, Mirror Gun/Shotgun, flash/stinger, C2/Wedge, NODS for head gear and PEQ boxes for tunnels. ended with 8 detained, 9 arrested, 3 EKIA. no civilians injured.
Can you interact with the fuse box? I just thought that maybe turning off the power in the kitchen fuse box would have makes sense since using night vision goggles.

No point in having NODs if you're not going to shut off the lights to give you the advantage.
