The LMG man died cause he walked into the grunt's fire that was already shooting at yellow. Also generally, I think you wouldn't have as much control and angle issues if you just played with the maximum top down view at all times, save the lower angle for the replay.
An explanation for the hostage randomly appearing during the second mission: In DK2, when an executioner is triggered to move to and kill a hostage, said executioner "lights up" and is able to be seen on the map regardless if your troops have a line-of-sight on him or not. The hostage that's being targeted and about to be killed will also light up and be made visible at the same time. It looks like you killed an executioner in your initial entry into the building (the man in black in the first hallway, who was moving away from you, towards the hostages), and the female hostage in the backyard lit up accordingly. Really enjoying the DK2 content, especially since you're getting more comfortable with the controls/mechanics!
Hello @Karmakut. I know that this is not an arma 3 video, but i really want to know how do you make that briefing animations in your arma 3 videos. I have an arma group and i'd really like to make things like that to explain to my guys the plan. Thanks!
I was absolutely waiting for the civilians in the first map to find guns and turn combatant once you turned your back on them because they were WAY too chill about everything. Dude in the bathroom was like sup bro as you kicked in the doors 123. So far I've not seen turncoat civilians, and it seems like something that's conspicuously missing from a lot of these maps.
If they add turncoat civilians, they also absolutely need to add restraining civilians. But as long as both features are added, I think it would be very cool ^^
Just found your channel. This game is amazing. Question though, maybe being a little to hardcore, but would you throw a flash bang in an actual room full of munitions? Eh, another level of difficulty. 😂😂
Hey Karmakut! I am a brand new fan and subscriber! I had just recently downloaded Door Kickers 1 when I found your channel about 3 days ago. I have fallen in love with Door Kickers 1 and can't wait to play Door Kickers 2, but unfortunately I can't right now. But keep up the good work!
What mod is letting you deploy more troops? This video isnt a good example because the map is only two guys, but at the top right two guys are only taking up one slot.
It's in the Project Ares mod. Their units costs less supply than usual which allows you to deploy more units. The default is 100 which is a single person, in this case they cost 50 which is half a person.
MOUT: Moving Over Urban Terrain. SA: Situational Awareness. Pie/pying, is basically opening up slices of the angles of a room bit by bit. A pan is pying, but all at once in a smooth motion from side to side. Plating is making sure a guy clearing is covered by the plates of another dude, so he doesn't get shot at 2 directions at once and only need to deal with 1 direction of exposure, to his front, where he likely has his lvl4 ballistic plates. Containment is containing an area such as the outside of a compound or structure, so people who squirt out(run out) die or surrender because having HVTs and enemy combatants escape is no bueno.
YESSSSSSSS &*#@ YES. Comment for your beautiful algorithm. Does more spaces mean more views? Idk. But here. More spaces. Thanks for the content. Ok. I’m done now.

This was either removed in an update or is removed in tier one overhaul or project ares
@6:08 that civilian is just chilling watching TV while people getting shot 🤣 must be that kinda bar
One dude got up and checked his phone... o.O He's li8ke, oh, it's Thursday, isn't it?
10:12, from this point on, Goonsix is running one in the chamber, and one in the mag...
For me, this was the most stressful part of the playthrough :P
I met the Doorkickers team at PAX East 2020 right before the cough cough hit. Awesome guys. Very small team
Hey Bouk! PAX East 2020 was great for us! And yeah, we all got hit with the fluthing right after.
Sirens and Christmas lights? That your excuse? LOL
Love watching your vids man. Great content.
Christmas! When the Christmas tree lights are a better distraction than even a flashbang.
They need a mod where civilians act like Sims freaking out.
Gotta love Insurgency sandstorm's voice lines
Right! I thought it was, I'm sure the music on the mod is the same as the Sandstorm lobby music as well
The map( Christmas with the Smiths) is in dk 1. Just the one in dk 1 doesn’t have the balcony and wooden pillars. Great gameplay btw :)

That’s because it is not a feature in the game, you would need a mod for that not just custom maps

Or that Mr. Smith master planned the murder of his wife for insurance claims 🤪
I downloaded project ares after watching your videos. Great mod.
watching Karma clear 3 additional room with his 1 guy having 2 rounds in his mag was getting on my nerves, he could of easily lost a man
A map u should try is
COLONEL OSCOPY'S : "OPERATION BUS FARE"
Just found your channel. This game is amazing. Question though, maybe being a little to hardcore, but would you throw a flash bang in an actual room full of munitions? Eh, another level of difficulty. 😂😂
Karma is lucky that his point man didn’t have any gunman in that room he cleared solo with 2 rounds in his gun
Hi, brand new sub here. LOVE these door kickers 2 videos. Do alot more please! 😊
Ah I love insurgency sandstorm voices

how are you using these lock in pizza marker for "look at"
Hey karma you should check out their sof mod. It’s made by the same people that did project ares.
"Ho, ho, blow the charges!"
You never utilize your second team. You could push both but seem scared too. They don't have to stand way back
karma how you change the prespective of camera?
It's "End" and "Home", you also see them in the settings, you can also middle click to pan the camera

@@Isaglish Mine doesnt do that. 75th ranger hq and delta enablers take up two slots
@@SnatchWrangler there's a way to edit it, ask around in karma's discord.
@@Isaglishthey actually cost 25, as two people take up half a space
Wonderful
Hey Great video man!
Why i can't use any mods,i have installed everything properly 😢
Can someone explain this terminology?: MOUT, SA, pie, plate, containment.
