    Serious question, what is a normal everyday thing that works out the inner thighs, besides this? Seems like only thing that works out certain areas like this and say "upper arm bat wings" is intentional exercise?
    With my already active physical labor job, I'm exhausted when I come home and don't want to do more! Is there any way to squeeze this into a regular non workout day? Thought I'd ask here because everyone seems like awesome and helpful experts in fitness 😄

    I have done strength training for years. But in the past 5 years I've had setbacks due to surgeries, here and there. Now I'm 65 1/2 and I'm always doing projects that pertain to lifting or moving heavy things around. For me to I do what I do it's important that I continue to stay healthy and stay physically fit. Along with that, I do make time to juice or make smoothies, but time is not always on my side when it comes to eating a well balance meal in the evenings. With that, there are so many protein mixes out there that it has always been difficult for me to choose that right one. Then there's supper greens! So this leads me to asking ...Can you do a video on supplements, protein powders and super greens? Because working out is not as much of an issue as it is knowing which is the best protein or supper green to take for not only meal replacement and muscle repair, but that is nutrient dense when swallowing pills is an issue and/or when time is limited.
    Last but, not least, I just want to express how much I love your videos! I have only followed a few great people from the age of 35 that have helped me to be the best version of myself... but those people that inspire me don't come around very often, regardless of how great they may be, until I came across you. Like I said, I don't always have a lot of extra time in my day. But I have been able to incorporated many of your moves into my workout routines, such as the snow angel, you 5 shoulder exercise + others that have been a blessing because it allows me to do more in less time especially on days where my "to do list" is long. So thank you for that!

      I know she’s absolutely incredible. I love her whole shoulder thing. It is helped me because I had a horrible right shoulder and it would lead to neck strain migraines. She’s a God blessing.

    I have completely incorporated all of your seven daily stretch moves, and I’ve also incorporated all of your flexibility and mobility moves, and I am excited to start my journey of working out again I had a medical situation had to not work out for four months. Do not wanna go back to the gym just yet and hurt myself so I’m gonna be doing your routine for a month straight. I feel fabulous. I’ve been doing it for a week. You are absolutely awesome.

    Love your videos! They're so straight to the point. Would you have any advice for someone with hypermobility? I always struggle with lounges, it feels like it takes a lot of energy to stabilise my knees, hips and ankles, that I'm not even sure if I'm using my thigh muscles at all.

      I also have stability problems when going to too many lounges.

    Never seen this move before. Looks like it would be good if one lower back is hurting.
