Not a lot of people know this, but Alternative is not an activated effect, so you don't need to reveal it before BEWD and the opponent cannot respond to it to negate.
Blue-Eyes was the whole reason I was excited about Duality. Hadn't even considered Furious, I was gonna do Branded shenanigans
One of my favorite combos are summoning blue eyes tyrant dragon and equiping it with the power of guardians and use it to wreck boards. The equip spell also works great with Jet dragon giving your monsters even further protection from destruction.
If I ever build this deck, I might siding in a copy of Master with Eyes of Blue. It’s really underrated and it can help recycle certain cards.
How does Master work?
@@Wuunderboy When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 1 LIGHT Tuner monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. You can shuffle this card from your Graveyard into the Deck, then target 1 Effect Monster you control; send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your Graveyard, other than the sent monster. You can only use this effect of "Master with Eyes of Blue" once per turn
I use it to usually bring back Sage and then use Sage to bring out something from the deck. Afterwards I can use it Master to turn an effect monster on the field into something from the grave
Can't you also link for Linkuriboh then activate and special blue eyes from GY?
Hmm for your second test hand, depending on what you side in or out of the main and extra deck, you could with Alternative and Jet, go into Draglubion and eventually into a Numeron Dragon that would have 17K ATK to swing for game if the opponent is open or vs any monster that doesn’t have at least 9000 ATK, and I mean, what monster has that much attack?
For the third test hand, when you used Dictator of D to bring back a blue eyes, you can bring back the Alternative and get a monster pop out of it. If they chain a negation to it, you could then chain Ultimate Fusion to get it off the field and resolve that destruction, and then pop another card because that blue eyes came from the field. Or you could chain Duality to get alternative off, and then ultimate fusion afterwards.
Only bad thing on the first hand, even though you got Ultimate Alt out, was losing Jets recursion by removing all BEWD from Field/Graveyard. Granted Alternative is a beast so you should be safe
On your first test, I would have probably discarded the Ultimate Fusion with Melody instead so I can Trade-In the BEWD after SSing the Alternative, fishing for something to normal summon, like a Sage or a White Stone. The reason for this is, though Ultimate Fusion is cool with its double pop into an Alternative, which is protected from effects, it completely drained your GY so you didn't get the extra effects from Jet Dragon, just its destruction protection. You had no real follow-ups with an empty grave either, so you put yourself in a situation where if they can tribute or bounce your Dictator + Ultimate Alternative, you just can't really come back. You could also have discarded the Trade-In but XYZ summoned a Number 90 Photon Lord (or another negating XYZ), sending your Alt to the GY, which gets the Jet Dragon online and gives you an extra negate. Then if he gets rid of your Photon Lord / XYZ, you can use Ultimate Fusion with the BEWDs on the grave, after having used Jet's effect to return with 3k ATK.
When you brought out Tyrant Dragon, couldn’t you have fused the vanilla Blue-Eyes in hand with any Dragon that’s in the grave? That way Jet Dragon would’ve still been active
Love the deck. Always look forward to your blue eyes deck profiles. Quick question what would you sub out for the baby dragons and chaos space package if you had to? I play dragon link and blue eyes is my fun deck. Get tired of bystials and chaos cards cuz use that for D-Link.

Theres only 2 options for blue-eyes, og for nostalgia, or mvp1 cuz it looks really good, the other look bad or are kinda weird, like the space art
Why did you search wyern when you sent black dragon to the graveyard and use it as discard fooder for melody of awakening dragon and using trade in for the regular blue eyes

I love Blue-Eyes, and this is a really cool build! Do you ever side in hand traps or board breakers if you know you are going second? One potential problem I run into is that if the opponent goes first, they often have some negates which can really not allow the deck to get flowing.

Love this video. I got lucky and pulled three Duality from the box I got last week. Still need one copy of Synchron lol. Question: what would you recommend for the side deck with this build? I thought about going into a couple more hand traps like Ghost Ogre or niburu since they are light as well.
I'm glad you pulled duality dude! As for the side deck, that is a Patheon reward. I offer complete side decks for any deck on the channel over there.

I'm confused how you summoned tyrant without a equipped card?
You just fusion Summon it. The equipped card is an alternative way to summon it by its effect.
Then what's the point rather than twin burst?
That was a nice play. Too bad the opponent had ash blossom and torrential tribute.

No, I run this deck and the ruling was that without a blue-eyes in gy the effect of dictator wouldn’t activate to send then summon
Hey quick question i meant to ask you on the deck profile video but why did you take true light out? Seems like too good a card to take out of the deck since it can help with plays using dragons id assume. And is the branded package still good in this deck too?
I took it out because that was more of a trap blue-eyes build where this is an aggro build.

If you want to play meta decks only, stay away from blue-eyes, blue-eyes is just a cool rogue deck at best
