Absolutely amazing song. There used to be a "country doctor"-radio show over here where he played new and older country and root music. I heard Lee Ann Womacks version of this there for the first time. I've just lost my son and the song hit me like a ton of bricks. Thank you Sir for great music and all the best to you and your loved ones.
Was riding in my car bummed on life I’m east Ga……sitting there while a train was blocking the road this song came on and got to me. It’s the reason I started writing music again. I owe this man.
Dammit!!! Beautiful song! Excellently done "EXCEPT" the lead guitarist's sound quality is something that a beginner, with no experience at all would choose. Don't get angry at me, please. I only ask that you listen again with eyes closed and to be objective. He must really be enraged with jealousy or some other vice or angst, to have been so callously disrespectful. The turn of a single dial, could have immeasurably changed the complexion of this inexcusable and intrusive noise he would call an accompaniment. I do believe this happens far more often than not, out of the desire to be the principle. If this is so, one must work much harder and much smarter to fix this. For the benefit of yourself and those around you, please resolve this situation. It can and will ruin your life chances of being content. Now for the singer?? Absolutely pure and simple in the here & now, "Unmitigated genius".
@@paplinkster1081 I believe you're right! Must've been a bad day for me, or maybe I had a fight that day with a dude that had a beard??? It was 4 years ago so I don't remember. Would you agree a softer tone with a little less volume would help?
To be fair I’m sure Brent knew what was going on. He knows sound, he knows his song and he will have ok’d this. I love it. I’m sure he’s happy with it.
