If a person is not ashamed to take loan from some stranger and ashamed of taking loan from their parents then he needs to fix his relationship with his parents.

He is ashamed to take help from parents as if he has done some crime. But the reality is that he is being clearly harassed by the lender. 12 % per month comes out to be whooping 289% per year. This should definitely be illegal. Highest personal loan interest rate set by RBI is 18%, unless agreed by the borrower. In case of dispute in a court, the borrower would only be required to pay at 18% (and not 289%). By this rate, he will only be paying interest of this loan for all his life. He doesn't need help in getting his finance fixed. He needs a lawyer. Someone needs to tell him that he has rights.

    Two people deserve credit here.
First: People who are reaching out to anshuman to really open up about there financial screw ups, it is definitely not easy, people either ignore these mistakes or try to deal with there own.
Second: Of course Anshuman, what he is doing here is great. These videos need to reach out to more youth who knows what to do and what not to do with their finances.

The world is full of fools-people who cannot wait to get results, who change with the wind, who can’t see past their noses. You encounter them everywhere: the indecisive boss, the rash colleague, the hysterical subordinate. When working alongside fools, do not fight them. Instead think of them the way you think of children, or pets, not important enough to affect your mental balance. Detach yourself emotionally. And while you’re inwardly laughing at their foolishness, indulge them in one of their more harmless ideas. The ability to stay cheerful in the face of fools is an important skill.

I'm sure, the money lender is way smarter. Considering the way, he is looting this guy by getting 40K per month & has eaten 16L till now. For sure, he doesn't want to get him off & he would have also stated something in doc. about prepayment with some hefty fee.

Main bola 10k jo interest kam hoga wo mujhe monthly de dena.. Aur aise 3 saal mein tumhara loan free karwa dunga.. Usko 20k interest deta raha lekin mujhe kabhi return nahi diya aur hamesha ye bolta raha usko nahi denge to ghar mein aake gaali dega, tum to kuch nahi bologe

Koi kitna bhi income kare aur kaisa bhi kaam kare, ultimately mindset chahiye. Sirf educated hone se nhi hoga. Finance tabhi thik hoga jab spending habits change hoga. Loan lene mein galat nhi hai lekin ek loan complete hone ke baad hi dusra lena chahiye. Log eksath 3-4 loans le lete hai aur buri tarah fass jaate hai

Self pride and ego are often the reasons why various businesses go down to shambles subject to bad loans. He says his dad is a business man , which i somewhere feel he's lying cuz when an even avg person would reject any loan like that why would a businessman's son even think of getting into any bad traps like this. He obv dint do the calculations . A good businessman can view good and bad for the business regardless of his personal ego. Long way to go
