    No it's not, it's only bubbles, if that had bean hot you had burnt your finger, beside if it's overheating ther are steam, the water 7n a car normally runs about 90c but it can get to 140c without any probloms...

      ok maybe not blown but you can have a hairline crack from the top of the piston sleeve straight across to your water jacket ,and it can expand the crack a little more when hot ,force air/exhaust into your water and bring up the pressure in your Rad pack ,,force out your coolant into overflow until it overflows and well you slowly but surely overheat ,,only reason im saying is i had this very exact problem ,,i actually flushed and drained the system and dumped a bottle of snake juice (chemiweld) ,and the motor ran for another 3 years ,,and i blew that engine because of a complete different issue lol.gotta love snake juice at times hey 😊👍
