It felt like a playoff game. Hell if this was the playoffs we would’ve basically taken the series from them. Whether it be NLDS or NLCS we won 4. Mets proved this weekend that they are the team to beat in the NL East this season. No longer are the Braves the team the Mets need to fear. As Walter White once said “I am the one who knocks!”

DeGoat is back and finally got some run support!!!! Mad Max is in top form and we just smoked the defending champs 4 out of 5 in Flushing!!!! Oh yea and Diaz is the best closer with the best entrance in the league!!! Things are looking good in Queens LFGM!!

Hardest Working ACE back on the mound, potent lineup with good defensive chops and a rotation that could play up against any team. If the bullpen gets sorted out especially if Megill and Peterson can acclimate to getting ready on short notice, as complete a team to go deep into October
Lotta fans were unhappy the Mets didn’t do enough at the trade deadline, but getting deGrom back on the mound is like picking up an ace pitcher at the trade deadline. As much as some of the other teams improved at the deadline, by getting deGrom back, the Mets improved tremendously as well.
Happy we won 4 of 5 but we have to stay on course and focus on beating the reds now

DeGrom his seriously in a league of his own. Screw win loss record I haven't seen a pitcher this dominant this feared in a very long time. I love having sherzer but it was funny when he struck out 11 and certain mets fans said we have a new ace. Then the king reminds everyone why he is king but stringing out 12 in less innings pitched. love you max but there is only one king and that is DeGrom
