Thank you, you made a great video!!! Catch the fuel in a Solo cup and you can dump it back in. If there is a drop of water or debris it will be at the bottom of the cup.

I'm not a mechanic but you can take off the cap and just slide the new filter and you don't have to drain it. BUT I could be wrong?

1&1/8" socket would be a lot easier than using an adjustable to remove the filter cap.
