I'm 65 yo now...listened to the Beatles as kid...they are "now and then" my favorite band...this song is quickly becoming my favorite Beatle song...you play so well and sing so beautifully...kudos!
I had lots of misgivings about Paul and Ringo taking on this project - and I grew up a Beatles fanatic in the 60s. I have to admit it’s growing on me though as I hear it more and more. I find your take on it is terrific. Thanks for doing.
I’m right there with you… I was worried that at the age of 81, Paul might not able to do John’s unfinished work justice. I was wrong, not only did his backing vocals sound great, but he also paid homage to George’s slide technique wonderfully. I was a bit lukewarm on this tune at first, but now I’m hooked! Thanks so much for watching, and for your positive feedback! -Rob

One of the best online instructional videos out there. Great for beginners and intermediate+ players. One more thing you could add to the description is your electric guitar settings or equipment used to get that sound. Wonderful job.
Hey Rob, I love your lessons. I recently purchased your True Fire video lessons and they are superb. The way you teach guitar is second to none, keep up the grat work. Im sure to sign up as a patreon too. 👋👋
Hey Nicole, great to hear from you today! This is a nice easy strummer, though there are enough chords to keep it interesting and just a bit challenging. Have fun!
You do an excellent job explaining and showing what they play. But you have one other thing that most other RUclips guitar teachers have that other’s don’t. You have a beautiful voice. I love to listen to you sing. Thanks for all you do.😊
Great Lesson, many thanks..just a Quick question about the Zager Guitar..( Im in the U.K so I couldn’t enter the comp) are they anything to do with ‘Zager’ from ‘Zager&Evens ‘ ( The Year 2525) by any chance ?
Thank you so much for all of the tutorials if you can consider my following list. Thanks God bless! Now you’re gone, Ritchie Valens Song for the asking, Simon & Garfunkel Hallelujah I love her so, The Beatles April come she Will Simon & Garfunkel Your love is forever, George Harrison Little wing , Def Leppard
It certainly cannot be an Em, at least not for solo performance. G6 fits the mood of the song and features the correct bass note provided by the piano.
Rob thanks for doing this song. I love how Paul and Ringo and the producers were able to put the song together from George’s recordings and John tape unraveled by AI. I have that Zager guitar. It sounds really sweet with the Santa Cruz parabolic mid tension strings.
The guitars very well could be playing an em, but the piano is playing a G bass note, which makes it sound like a Gmaj or G6. If you try to strum and sing along to Am to Em, it doesn’t sound very much like the song. So, the G6 is basically the combined chord between the guitar and piano, and the best option in my opinion.

Hay una gran polémica por el acorde que sigue a *Am,* unos dicen que es *G6,* otros dicen que es *Em*

Thanks for your replay, I understand it
I play 654321 :002000, sounds better to my ears if you just have one guitar and voice.
