Imagine for a moment that there was a band that had just these 10 songs to their credit. They would have been one of the greatest groups of the era and yet this is just a drop in the bucket of the Beatles work, not to mention their solo efforts.
The fist song I ever learned to play on guitar 48 years ago was "And I love her". I still play Beatles songs whenever I need to feel joyous.

Positive vibe and I feel you, dogs!! First song I learnt too. Brisbane, 1980s. Haven’t mastered many of these tracks and watching the Dutchie’s fingers wandering all over the fretboard, I doubt I will.
      Benny
Negative & nasty! Why dude? Didn’t mummy love you? Totally unnecessary. Try to be a better Benny. 😎
Finally for this Dutch (?) maestro’s channel - he’s awesome. Sharp, understated, ridiculously skilful, engaging, great music taste. Please keep it going. 😎

I totally agree. Acoustic guitar playing has no real appeal because it is like flat ginger ale; no dynamics; no pedals, but this man (whom I've never seen or heard of before today,) has such a lyrical and dynamic style of playing that suddenly I'm interested in acoustic guitaring! Great job on these. Glad to see "Mother Nature's Son" made your list; great playing on that one. You nailed "Here comes the sun," too. For "Yesterday," perhaps you should have mentioned that McCartney tuned down a full step for it, so it sounds in F, even though the fingerings are in G.

Great list! Yesterday is my favorite Beatles song to play--on piano. Guess it's time I learned it on guitar as well. Thanks.

Thank you, I really get a lot from watching and listening. I find it extremely helpful but realize that i'm very much behind your level of playing which intern makes some of the songs I would like to play quit challenging but all the more reason I make the effort, because it sounds so good when played properly. Thank you again and keep it up.

Well done, Sir Pilgrim ! - coming from someone who grew up in those times.
Yes, I lay in bed at night with my transistor radio and listened to the Beatles when their music was first played in the US. I well remember seeing them on the Ed Sullivan show for the first time. The Martin sounds really good. What model ? What strings ?
I will now go and check out your channel....nice to meet you !

I was just watching a video about Sir Paul McCartney at the time when he had just broke up with the band. He started to play and record his own music and everytime magazines like Rolling Stone among others discredited Paul's work, saying it's just lousy. This just because they didn't like Paul since he's the one that broke up with the Beatles. At the end of the video all the interviews to Paul's "Wings" former members, they all couldn't stop calling Paul "pure genius " as they went on the interview , including fifth Beatle George Martin. 🎶👍
