I feel you on the anxiousness from coffee. I've gone decaf now since about 4 years and most of the good roasters supply decaf now. Same great taste, no jitters.

Have you ever tried a hojicha latte or tea? If you like matcha lattes and the taste of coffee you might like that :) It's a roasted japanese green tea. But it has a very subtle natural flavor a bit closer to coffee but without the strong caffeine.

Yes! Coffee does the same thing to me. I just recently started drinking it because it never affected me, but now it's the opposite. I feel so jittery and even more stressed immediately after drinking it! What did you say you drink now? Matcha? Is that the green drink in your video?
hey Leah! Yes it's called matcha powder - I like to have it with oat milk in a sort of matcha latte... delicious!

I get how frustrating it is to search for the right place. You start decorating the shop in your head, then the next day they call you to say that they decided to sell the place instead. I'm going through the same process since February. Small town in Italy, went through almost all the available places with extraction, and now I'm just waiting to see new additions to the list of places to rent. It is veeeery subtle, but also property owners above a certain age are bending over backwards to find excuses to get out of the situation when they see a young woman looking to start up a business.
