@@DaddyLoGang Faster to get skills for Lv4 cans with Heron than Astero. You need Lv3 in both Amarr and Gallente for Astero, or just Lv3 in Caldari for Heron.
I've made 150 mil in a 1.3 mil fitted Imicus. Some insane profits over a week. Also ngl I prefer going thru many different wh systems. More tense and more fun, especially since I can't cloak.
pathfinder/tripwire are nice (I'm a pathfinder fan) for the heavy WH life, but if you do WH's once in a while its simple to just use a simple WH database for that. Path/trip can be a pain to set up, and are prone to crashes unless you haves it on your own server. I know I've plugged anoik.is/ before, but it a simple site that tells you everything you need to know about a WH.
Ahhrrrr Astero (fine ship) it's utill with hide module but with not this it's untill. --> Omega = cloak = astero or more --> no omega no astero no cloak
@@delonewolf You risk getting pointed before you can warp out. Sitting still makes you more of a target but allows you to respond way faster. Once you hear a danger audio cue/see something on D-scan you basically hit S and immediately warp out.
rolf ski it’s wh everyone has a cloak if he sits still chances are a Loki or whatever decloaks in scram / point range .. better to be at speed than at 0 speed
You can't align to something because you'll eventually drift out of range of the can and fail the hack. If you mean "align and then stop your ship", that's pointless because when you're stopped you're not aligned. But being at speed is a bad idea, because unless you happen to be aligned to your warpout point at the moment something drops on you, it will take you longer to re-align and warp out than it would if you were standing still. The "something can decloak in scram range" argument is silly because that can also happen when you're orbiting, and again, the fact that you're orbiting means it takes you longer to get into warp. Everything except stealth bombers and black ops has at least a 5 second targeting delay after uncloaking, and black ops can't fit a covert cloak. An astero can align in about 2.6 s without any special fit for agility. So, the safest thing to do is stand still at a few km from the can. Assuming you're paying attention, nothing except a stealth bomber can even _begin_ locking you before you warp off, and if it's a stealth bomber you can easily pop it. There's literally no advantage to being at speed unless you're aligning to something, and you can't do that because you'll drift out of can range pretty fast. EDIT: And by "paying attention", I mean open your overview settings and set an easily noticeable background color (like yellow) for "pilot has no standing". That way you'll instantly notice when something lands/decloaks on grid.
When exploring in WH's I don't bother with Data sites, even with filaments, they suck balls. Remove the data hacker and replace it with a cargo scanner and just do relics. use the cargo scan to see which cans to hack to save time and effort. you'll find that the majority of cans are not worth your time but average of 2 cans are worth it per site.
Yeah, (regular) data sites have worse loot in terms of both ISK and volume, _and_ tend to have cans that are way more spread out so it takes forever to slowboat between them. Not worth it unless you're having a very slow day and nothing else in the way of content, or you're pretty new to the game so they're still amazing ISK for you. Ghost sites and sleeper caches are pretty good, but ghosts give me PTSD flashbacks unless I'm in a buffer-tanked cruiser, and caches are tedious to run. Definitely great ISK tho, nothing quite like pulling a 1 bil BPC out of a single can in a minute of your time.
@@shadmansudipto7287 there are actually videos and guides on this topic alone. its a double edge sword really. While it might ive you some faster times on decision on what can you wanna go for, it is actually a very bad habit alltogether. If you go in a site just for one can for example and you leave the rest, you dont really complete and reset sites. now imagine everyone is doing that and you soon run into issues with site respawning and everyone is crippling each other in some regards. even tho it might take a minute, its just overall better to just go in, clear a site and go to the next one.
SoftLight Yeah I can see this happens now a decent amount. I was out in null today and ran across a number of relic sites with cherry picked cans in them. Had to clear it myself so it despawned.
why do you have a scrambler? to force people into fighting the pathetic force of 5 small drones? the only thing your killing with that is a fearful imicus (or other scanning frigate t1) and even then if he has some cheap stabilizers you still do nothing ok i wont be mean you seem to be new at the time of recording but seriously you arent being effective if you still play like this improve

Add a cargo scanner and scan down loot box prior to working it to see if it’s worth opening up.
When a loki jumps in on your probe wile your at 0 on. A high sec wormhole you got lucky
Laughed so hard for that one carbon
Ahahaha
Pls define ‘cheap’. A 80 mil frigate is definitely not one
Like how the Astero’s name is called ‘whoosh’
Switch out the scram for cargo scanner is an option?
sure if your not into the PVP side of the astero
Cargo scanner. You can see contents before you waste time.
One of my favorite ships!

Try out pathfinder or tripwire to help map your way through Whs and they will tell you what class and what static’s each one has.

what skin is on that astero
it's the Deathglow Hunters skin
I have tried this in about 10 WH and every single time there are rats, am I just unlucky or is that a change CCP made?
In WH space if the site is named "Forgotten" or "Unsecured" then there WILL be sleepers guarding them.

Fit a cargo scanner

Man this is a good video but you need Cargo Scanner your Astero fit :)
True man, saves a huge amount of time, not just at hacking. Since cargo scanner has so huge of a range, it saves you from slowboating to shit cans.
