I got shocked how the carpet stealers didn't grief the entire thing.
I figured they would agree to peace and then come back a few days later to destroy it all.
They probably lacked man power and most likely figured a project of such size had enough people where they would be at a disadvantage and didn't want to start a war. At least not yet anyway. The peace agreement gave them the most profitable option and the project only needed to survive until completion so it doesn't matter if it gets greifed now
@@19Scottv94 That's very true, actually. Since the map makers knew exactly who they were, it wouldn't be too hard to figure out who destroyed it later. So they probably took what they could in the peace deal and figured they made out with a positive result in the end without a war.
I'm guessing their keeping it in one piece because they might need more carpets later it's called not shooting your supplier in the face
considering the scaffolding, they probably weren't advanced cheaters, so they didn't have the power or the materials to grief

Anything which happens on 2B2T has a backstory. That random block of dirt? well that's been to the nether and back and was once a part of a largescale operation which revealed hundreds of players locations. That Block of Sand? Thad had real life implications involved and an police investigation. That Book? Well legend states that it was the first book ever made on the server and is signed by housemaster himself.
"You see that enchanted diamond sword over there? That was used to massacre a large group of 20~30 players residing at a village during something called the Rusher War and was then passed on to multiple other players during the war. Oh, that emerald? It was found near 2b2t's spawn in a reset chunk, which was really unusual and emeralds were quite rare at the time."

Wait this is "one of" the largest map arts? Implying that there are larger ones? 2B2T is nuts. I don't have the time or patience to complete my own house and on my private world with only creepers to grief me, the scope and magnitude of the 2B2T projects boggles my mind.
At the time of planning it would have been the biggest, its the 3rd biggest at the moment
People just happen to come up with the idea of creating absurdly large map arts at the same time with varying degrees of committal to a size

The neighbours kid touched grass/went outside for the first time in years. he accended to a higher plane of existence. he started flying with the words "I have awaken my dormant powers. I must go now. The Gods are calling for me" so I think that if people who always chose violence over piece then suddenly choose piece, the same thing might happen to them.

If you are not a follower of Messiah I would highly recommend becoming one. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life - Revelation 3:20.
Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God.
Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!

It's things like this that make me want to be a part of 2b2t but I'm paranoid about being hacked. I'd love to be a part of a big build like this. Mining and terraforming for hours at a time is most of what I do on my own. Building is fun, but I failed geometry for a reason XD

Huh, a video in which I helped the outcome. This is odd. So when BGM had it's cords leaked, multiple cords for multiple bases were leaked. We had pig exploits, so I picked the farthest out cord to go check, and that happened to be BGM. It was already griefed when I got there. It wasn't horrible though. Come to find out, the members of BGM did the grief themselves so no one else could. I even ran into one of the founders of the base, and he gave me a tour of some of the ungriefed, unfinished builds. Anyway, dupe stashes were all over the base, out in public. Unlimited everything. Withers were in abundance also. Well I had already made my way out there, I had kits just sitting everywhere... so I killed all the withers. ALL OF THEM! All over the bases. I explored it for a couple weeks, a thousand plus in any direction. I am 99% sure I saw everything out there. The carpet duping area wasn't that secret though. They had a major ice road to get to it. Anyone using x-ray at the main area, would have seen it. It's just that since I killed all the withers, the carpet dupe area remained in tact.
This feels like a real world history lesson. I love it
