The ingenuity required plus the setting of a gargantuan sandbox is like a once-in-a-lifetime ant farm. 100% agree would surely read it. I hope somebody will notice this and can learn from it cuz this is pretty much a sandbox World simulation where there is almost no rules.

Then you'd also have to explore multiple servers to get worthwhile data. If it was just a general report and not answering a question, Fit's already got a headstart on that in his last video. Someone could spend heaps of time writing up a report in detail how it was done and how we could learn from it, that would be really interesting. It might be hard as a random to get all the data from the hackers though

Second, depends on what can be considered a base, because there are a lot of buildings all over the server, and griefing them all is practically griefing the entire server, which is a huge task even if you know the location of everything.

I always hear how rough it is to escape spawn, I walked 5000 blocks out without seeing a soul. sure I had to walk dodge some withers and bridge over some crazy gaps, but all in all I made it just fine. made myself a crafting table after finding some trees, made a small hut at 22,000 or so (it's probably gone by now, haven't logged in, in like 12 months). but it's not that bad.
Do they still have /kill enabled? I seem to remember that incredibly convenient command when I jumped on and spawned in a less than ideal location. I just kept intentionally offing myself until I spawned somewhere convenient and started to move on.
True. When I first watched his Nocom video, all I thought was that this would be preservationist's dream. Every base automatically downloaded and archive. Plus a full version history of each base. This data could also be very interesting to behavioral & data scientists. But opening it for everyone to download would mean every base would be griefed and all players would have to start from zero.
If a player is willing to sit through the queue then it’s safe to assume they know what 2b2t is and are more willing to overlook the other flaws, if anything 7% is fairly low
@Hernando Malinche wrong, the main reason people never join the server is the queue. If a player never joins the server they are not counted as a new player. That 7% is a value which describes all players who have sat through the queue already. Hence my original comment.

Most of the block stuff like terracotta, wool, and redstone was likely a byproduct of the actual exploit (they could just generate stats through the copy world the exploit generated), but yeah its amazing they went as far as potion slot trends...
