Your board attack is really good, but get your feet down in the approach man. Mid approach you're reachy, out front, and complacent into the ground. RUN. Naturally. Loose and fast.
I’ve been training as a sprinter since high school and being a jumper you have to work on your sprint mechanics to have an efficient approach. Weight room is more about speed based / explosiveness rather than heavy weight. Yes I do plyos as wells.

How do you have such good racing mechanics? Do you have to take a lot of load in the gym and do a lot of plyometrics?
