  • An INSANE comeback from Bullis School in the high school boys 4x400m prelims at the 2024 Penn Relays presented by Toyota. Bullis School fell to the track on the lead-off leg, but sophomore Quincy Wilson took the team from sixth to first on the anchor leg and split 44.37. Bullis School would win the heat in 3:14.
44.37 is the fastest 4x400m split ever recorded at the Penn Relays.

I bet those people wanted to crap their parents. His parents are probably losing their minds every time he steps on the tracks. If he does not make the US team, just trying out for the team will be huge deal for him and his family. I hope he gets some national exposure if he makes it or even tries out for the team. That would be so insane if he makes it. The Steph Curry of track and field. He looks like he is in middle school. ha.

Running form is in part THEORY. It is not an exact science. We'll recall that Larry James and Jim Ryan, -a sprinter and a miler- both had a head-rolling form and both were in the top 3 world best in their individual events.
