  • Hello. Here is my homemade super strong, super fast super easy glue. Im in love with the result of this glue. I found it much more cheaper, strong and quick dry glue. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------☆
    I made many many things with this glue. I'm 100% sure you guys gona love it. while using it i felt much more relax about the end result of my crafts. And its transparent, once its dry you will see it, and you will not feel that it made out of flour. Give it a try and do let me know about your experience in the comment section down below.
    NOTE : This recipe is more then enough, it can make one jar full. Because i use glue too much that's why this amount is enough for me.
    But i prefer to use half recipe, i mean the amount written below make it half of it, because it can give bad smell if it stay long time in fridge, as it has flour. So better to use half of it.
    After some months i experienced if we use Listerine one table spoon in it along with other ingredients, it will stay for mire long time. But because many people don't have Listerine at home most if the time so without this also you can make it with the ingredients down below.
    To make this super strong glue we need:
    Sugar = 300 gram
    white plain Flour = 190 gram
    Vinegar = 3 tablespoons or lemon juice
    Baking soda= 2 tablespoons
    Water= 1 litre room temperature
    Remember do not stop stirring in the whole procedure.
    You can use this glue for newspapers, fabric and to joint the cardboard pieces. I'm just in love with this.
    Don't forget to give me a like and Subscribe.
    Soon I'm gonna bring more DIY videos.
    Thanks for watching.

      Just finished making half a recipe, have some books that I have been working on creating for my son, and was looking for a strong glue to make it so it would be a complete process of homemade collection for him to have for a while and hope he is going to be enjoying too. Thank you for pinning it, wasn’t expecting that but glad you liked the comment. Now have to make the covers to glue as well since it is going to be a fast moving process. Wishing you the best!

    In my experiences, this works just like elmers glue but not so watered down. I've done paper maché majority of my life and I'm 53. Everything from floats in a parade (that's huge projects), clothing for small figures and the figure itself to furniture w cardboard and this recipe is what my gma taught me as a child. If it's done just like this video, and never walk away in the cooking process, presto, you have a paste that's easier to use then elmers.
    Thanks for this video, perfectly well done. Keep these recipes coming. Nice to see em still being used

    I am 67 years old and when I was a kid this is how my Mom made wall paper paste.
    It works for that too, so yes it should work in place of Mod Podge. I just made some and it even smells the way I remember my Mom's wall paper paste. :) For extra stick you might add some plain old white glue to it, but depending on what you're doing you may not need that. Glad to find this recipe. You did a great job demonstrating how to make this. Thank you for making this video! :)

    This is the recipe for glue (minus the LIsterine) that my mum taught me. She was taught by her mum who learned it from hers. I'm sure it goes back even further than that and there's a reason it's been around so long - it really does work well! It's also great if you have crafty kids or do family crafts as it's non toxic with no chemicals that you don't know what exposure to may do years later (an important consideration for kids especially).
    Thanks for such a clear tutorial and for keeping this great old, safe and strong glue recipe alive!

I made this last year for one of my sister's school projects when we ran out of glue, and let me tell you it works remarkably and it's pretty strong too, I used it to glue some wooden popsicle sticks and some paper sheets to cardboard and it held them together greatly, 10/10 would make this again if I need to.

    I made the stuff, with 500 ml Water, 95 gr. Flour, 24 ml Vinegar, 16 gr. Baking powder and 16 ml. cheap Mouthwash. The mouthwash added after removing the pan from the heat to avoid a possible poison cloud. I used an electric whisk to stir the stuff.
    This yielded 450 ml of glue, the rest was a brown-black layer in the pan.
    Test 1 - straight from the jar:
    In terms of application, the glue resembles a well-known brand name glue stick more than a brand name PVA glue. Applied on rough cardboard, it has the properties of the well-known brand name glue stick.
    Advice: if possible, use a spatula to apply the glue, it will shorten the drying time considerably.
    Test 2 - Diluted 1: 1: Can We Spray It? Yes, we can!
    I put 250 ml of glue in a blender, added 250 ml of water and mixed it.
    Vaporizer bottle filled, surface sprayed, material applied and sprayed with a covering adhesive layer, which then dries clear.
    Conclusion: Works great. Downside: drying time is a bit long, probably, because of all that water, instead of another faster evaporating liquid.
    Thank you for the recipe.

      @@shrisharuthi1483 "How to make glue for wood,fabric, papers,cardboard etc..." but I try it out and let you know it in 2 or 3 days.
      2 weeks ago I made a mistake as I was tired , but by the way made the glue another way. If you boil water and then give the ingredients in it, reaction as white foam comes early and continues throughout the process. You have to do it like Craft w Cr. mentioned it, but boil it before putting flour, sugar e.t.c. togehther.
      In the end there is some jelly-like substance and if you mix it with lots of water you have your glue. But much more then before.

    Good day, Thank you so much for sharing this. I have been looking for homemade stuff to work on at home. This looks like something I NEEDED. how long does it last and also does it mold?

    • @KanwaltheArtist
      @KanwaltheArtist  6 лет назад +9

      +CatSmiles about molding i don't know dear. And it will stay longer if you put Listerine vone table spoon along with other ingredients. The recipe i am writing is too much and for me it stayed good foe 3 weeks in fridge. But if you use Listerine it will stay fresh and without smell for much more longer. Better to make less quantity first. Thanks for watching.

      @@riverfoux If you are referring to MY update, I did state the results a week after the original comment. Not sure why it is not posted anymore. Not my problem. IF you are asking about Craft with Creativity update, there is no response from her. It doesn't matter, I experiment on my own accord. I don't wait for answers. That is the beauty of figuring things out on your own and not being dependent on others, it is simply called INDEPENDENCE.
      Instead of adding homemade hide glue, I used my own homemade casein glue and it worked!! SOLID all the way around. Since two years have passed, I have made over $1,000 in sales with my paper mache clay mix. There is an added ingredient which makes the clay long lasting. Not sure if you are laughing at me (hence the "lol") or Craft with Creativity but let me just say that we all have a life and get really busy, if you want to laugh at someone, perhaps it should be at yourself for not being patient with others. Good day.

    • @KanwaltheArtist

      Sritama Barman once after cooking its cold , directly put it in fridge, do not leavr it outside as it can damage and can guve bad smell. Maje only half of the recipe i wrote in description box. Do not make too much as it will damage if it stay long time even in fridge.
      It will not dry in container. Cover it with plastic wrap and then with lid.
