✈️ [TRIP REPORT] Aegean - Amsterdam to Athens - Airbus A321

Flying from Amsterdam to Athens aboard Aegean Airbus A321 SX-DVP. Operating flight A3 625 on September 13, 2021. Airport views, take-off, inflight service, scenic views and landing.
A special flight for me personally. My last flights took place in October 2019. A couple of months after those last flights, some major things changed in our world. And it took me almost 2 years before I decided to take it to the skies again.
So here we are. The start of my holiday in Greece, made possible by this flight with Aegean Airlines. Enjoy!

Is there a customs control when you arrive in Athens to show your passport or is it like other European countries free movement from a European country?

Greece is a Schengen country. So if you travel to Greece with a passport from a Schengen country or a Schengen visa and within the Schengen zone (in this case Netherlands-Greece), there is free movement so no passport control.
There is always customs control however, and at the time this report was made Covid-document control as well.
