You cannot label a party as such when it was under its leadership that India attained freedom from the British. The party included leaders like Tilak, Gokhle, Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, Shastri, Morarji, Maulana Azad, and others. Such remarks should be expunged, but it seems unlikely.
