Having been in office since 2014, Modi’s rule has catapulted India to greater prominence on the global stage. Many equate his policy agendas to robust economic growth, tackling corruption, and putting “India first.” On the other hand, Modi’s administration has been criticised for mishandling a growing discontent within the agricultural sector, instigating conflict between religious groups, and failing to revitalise the health and education sectors. Against the backdrop of ever-strong popularity among voters, it is imperative to discuss whether the BJP’s direction under Modi has been more polarising than unifying. The question then becomes: what (or who) is the right path for India as it surges ahead into the future?

They impede progress towards global cooperation and mutual respect by overlooking cultural diversity, promoting moral relativism, discouraging self-improvement, and impeding objective assessment. As current situation that is leading to misrepresentation, bias reinforcement, and potentially escalate conflicts as already can be seen on ground level. But I believe when intentions are right, such comparisons can promote understanding, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate learning and collaboration.

First, demonetisation, the Modi government’s flagship announcement. On 8 November 2016, at 8 pm, Modi appeared on TV screens to suddenly announce that all Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes would become illegal at midnight. Millions lost jobs and incomes for nothing. If demonetisation is one of the Modi government’s spectacular achievements, why does it not celebrate 8 November as ‘Notebandi’ Day? Instead, Modi celebrates 14 August as “Partition Horrors Remembrance Day”.
The Modi government was caught napping during Covid-19. We still don’t have accurate numbers on how many lives were lost. The World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that there were about 4.7 million Covid-linked deaths between 2020 and 2021 in India, or about 10 times the official figures put out by the central government.

Thanku palki ❤ ... I'm from a very little village of West Bengal near Bhutan borders. On the development, I'm amazed to see the lvl and speed of development. We have good wide road ways with proper drainage to Bhutan. By which we can do international trade with Bhutan. Even in a small village like us, electrification of railways has been completed and now train runs on electricity not by disel which is very good for our local Himalayan foothills environment. We have free excess of water now. Every house now have access to toilets, what was not the case before, yes in 21 century we didn't have toilets. Free rations for everyone... Every caste,creed and religion. Even in our small village there is now UPI in every shops, every salons. Even the weekly market uses UPI. We live in remote sides... In the borders with Bhutan..for 60 yrs opposition congress led central govt ignored us. But only in 10 years Modi Govt did many things for us and for everyone from every caste, creed and religion. More roads and development is coming.... I sincerely thank our PM Narendra Modi ❤ 🇮🇳 Jai Hind.

The tourism influx can't determine the state of KASHMIR'S economy because the tourism is limited to a few parts of the UT. The state's economy largely depends on the primary sector mainly agriculture and horticulture. The government policies have ruined this sector.
In the past 10 years only 1 foreign company called LuLu group of Dubai tried to invest here and still no clarity about that.
The exorbitant increase in the electricity tarriff have negatively impacted the industrial sector of the state.
The local markets all over the valley run their business in losses.
The construction sector has gown down pathetically.
