saw this when working at sheffield adventure film festival, truely fell for this film, incredible slow motion shots and loved the use of the flares. what camera did you use btw?
Brilliant paddling but what a lot of verbeage before it gets to it. Blather, blather mystical invocation, innane question, some more arty-farty bull musings. Oh here's a river. Look, its simple, done right it goes: Here is a River. It is a sodding powerful river with big, big waves with masses of energy. Here is a bloke with a small kayak and a barge load of skills. Now watch this (.... viewers are advised not to try this at home). Beyond that only the weirdly red backlit stuff was artistic. (I'm stll puzzled how that bit was done).
