This video helped a ton! Did this conversion on my 2016 Dyna Streetbob, can finally put my bags on now! I'd recommend folks what this video first, there was a redo or too in the video, so watch it through, note when he had to undo a butt connector or two, so you dont' have to redo it too. ;)

I’m really glad I came across this video. I have the same set up on my FXDB but when I bought it, the seller said the wires got rubbed by the tire. Only the right sides working, I’ll have to look into bringing it in. Sick video 🤘🏽

So I followed the video (I’m a fabricator not an electrician) lol can someone tell me why that little red light on the Speedo came on and won’t go off? It’s a 2013 dyna fxdb. Everything seems to be working like it should but I noticed the blinker indicators on the dash are blinking faster than the blinkers are and that red light is on. Any help would be appreciated! And thank you to the guys at IMZZ for putting out a super thorough video!! I’m a tig welder/fabricator and build bikes every day but I can’t wire shit to save my life lol this video helped a fuck ton

Sounds like you might need a load equalizer for the fast blinking. The red key light on the dash is maybe because the light has been changed to led and the computer doesn't register it. You need to check what code it is related to.

Your amber lights are turning on with your brake lights when you brake, how can you just leave the amber lights to turn on with the signals only?

Quick question. What was the purpose of cutting the taillights so short if you planned to cut the wires again @26:30? I wish I would have seen this prior to making my cuts the same haha

Guess I missed that part haha. I just want to say thank you for this video. Followed this step by step and completed my first electrical job on my Dyna.
Any tips on how to reset the computer? Every connection was done correctly. First test ran great but then it started acting up i.e hazards not turning off or the blinker lights were stuck on.
