Allways start with the onions in the pan, dry white wine insead of water, chop the tomatoes before putting them in the pan, reduce the liquid in the sauce. cook the spaghetti only in salted water, pour spoon or two with the spagetti water in the sauce, add tree cups of grated parmesan to the sauce, stir and finally, when about two minutes remain, add the spaghetti to the sauce and let it cook for the remaining 2 minutes….

Hilft damit Nudeln nicht zusammen kleben. Manche Kochen die zuerst und dann die Soße und wenn die Nudeln leicht abkühlen kleben die. Mit dem Öl darin kann man sie leichter auf die Teller verteilen
