I"m going to admit I love Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake. I even enjoyed running around the forest snapping photos of birds. And then there was the scary night Nancy fled the graveyard, while she could hear the ghost dogs howling behind her. It had its harrowing moments.
Mickey Malone is a proxy for Al Capone. (Her Interactive probably decided not to use the real-life gangster in their game.) We even had Al Capone's cabin up here in Wisconsin. I think it burned down in the early 2000s. No hidden speakeasy in the basement, sadly.
I enjoyed your review anyway because I could re-live playing the game while watching your footage.
My all time favorite Nancy Drew game is Shadow at the Water's Edge. I also love Message in a Haunted Mansion too.
I wonder how you feel about Danger on Deception Island, Ghost of Thornton Hall, The Haunting of Castle Malloy, The Secret of Shadow Ranch. I love all of the Nancy Drew games.

@@fatalamelia8178 I did not mean to make my statement so strident. I was just a little amused by how differently we felt about the game. Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake is one of my favorite Nancy Drew games.
I thought it would be fun to comment about it. You are as entitled to your opinion as I am.

@@fatalamelia8178 Yeah, totally. Nancy is the only one that sounds human while the others sound like the people in the office were all like, "they'll do." And that's putting it nicely. 🤣
