Update/EDIT: 31/05/21
It arrived today. I put it in and I'm happy with the result. This video is a godsend for information about setting up the config how you like it. It's fast and responsive. While it does feel a little cheap with the smaller 'racing' styled display making it hard to read from a distance, it's still a nice product and I'm (so far) satisfied with it. I'm not a huge fan of the 'gear' information box. As it only shows a 'gear' based from a pre-set speed section you enter. It doesn't show you the gear you're in from the OBD2. Just the "you're doing xxx speed that means you're in x gear" readout. I do recommend this product though. Ezpz. Thanks again @When Hann Meets Cars for the awesomely informative video!

you can put the nut the other way (hexagon hole) so you do not have to hold it when tightening the bolt. :)

Does anyone know if the mph can be tracked by gps ? For example if installing into a manual car
Can we change the xf logo thingy in the middle to display the speed instead?
Does the odometer mileage reset every time you use it? Or does it keep track of the mileage between sessions? Also, can you manually set the mileage to match the car's odometer?
Did you tried using without the IGN cable connected to the fuse? Mine, the lufi xf turn off the display when ever I shut down the engine. Does this means that IGN not required?
hi there i bought one and i drive a 2010 e90 320d lci ,the lufi does not give me the oil temp or pressure ,will the be a bmw development on the lufi.

Hey Cool Video. I notice that some of my friend's Vios NCP93 has the door open feature, Im using the NCP150 however it does not have this feature. When I plud my Lufi to their car, it appears. Does that mean that my car does not support the function?
And also I find that the Mileage is not the same as the one on the speedo when it is reset, can this be sync-ed?
Thanks man! Yup sadly that’s because the NCP150 does not have that feature. Yup yup you can set the odometer of your Lufi in display setup menu, all the way to the bottom 👍🏻

Hello, did you noticed that Oil temp is higher than Water (coolant) temperature (in my Smart 453, that is impossible)?
All depends on the car. The oil in the car is the main source of cooling and the oil typically run hotter than coolant even during for normal highway driving. For race track driving, the coolant temperature will stay stable around 200F(90-95C) while the oil temp can easily reach 250-260F(120-130C)
Hey bro! When you turn off the car. The obd2 port can still supply power to the guages and it will drain the battery or not?
Yo! Nope the obd2 port only supplies power when the engine starts, and it won’t drain the battery at all when the car is off 👍🏻
Hi mark, I recently bought the older Lufi x1, it has a feature for auto off /on or you can set it to turn on and off at a certain voltage. Mine comes on at 13v and turns off at 12v

hi, how do i set warning sound to alert my rpm has gone beyond a set value?
You have to go to setup menu, warning setup, and from there you can set the threshold for your rpm 👍🏻 at 10:03

I’m not too sure how to get that fixed but you may ask your dealer/seller you bought from for advice!

@@WhenHannMeetsCars I originally had this and sent it back. They just reached out to me saying that the newest 1.28F firmware allows for changing of values to PSI on the radial gauges.

Yup! It’ll show 8000rpm if your car is able to reach that value, as it’s based on your car’s factory settings on the ECU 👍🏻

Hi Afiq! Good question, no it’s not compulsory to connect it, in fact you don’t have to. It’s just there just in case the OBD2 port doesn’t work which is rarely the case, people would just hide the cable 👍🏻

Hi! Yes it’s definitely a good upgrade for older cars as it doesn’t display much data or information about the car but this product does!

Hi Rahul, the price it cost here in my country (Malaysia) would be MYR400, maybe you can do a conversion and see how much it cost for your side 👍🏻 the quality of this project is quite good, responsive and clear display data.
It depends whether you want to have more of your car’s info being displayed so that you can monitor, especially for older cars. For your case it should be worth it 😌

Mine cant display oil temperature and oil pressure which is the most important part in exora turbo 2020.. Not sure if anyone can do manual PIDs to sort this problem
Hi! Sorry to hear that but yeah some cars just don’t have it by default from factory. Yup one way is could try to install third-party sensors but not sure if it’ll display on the device itself 🤭

Hi, Lufi X1 won’t have the flexibility to customise the main interface. It can only change the data which you want to display 👍🏻

How do I change water temperature to Fahrenheit?
You can change it in the system settings, under “unit”, you have to scroll it a few times to change Celcius to Fahrenheit 👍🏻

@@davidmm3422 I think that’s got to do with your car’s default rpm limiter, my car’s tachometer shows up to 8000 rpm as well but it has rev cut at 6000 rpm. If you really wish to hit that 8000 rpm mark, then you’ll have to remove your rpm limiter on the ECU 👍🏻
