Great video,and wanted to ask the manufacter offers these gauges to fit/work on the older vehicles pre-1981 without the little maintenance port on the drivers side of most vehicles.-I have 1972 Mustang and wanted to install some helpful gauges without messing up my wiring or dash.-thanks very much.-
Hello, if You noticed, Oil temperature is lower than water, how it can be possible? (also in my car, i have Lufi xf, newer model with micro usb instead Sd card for update)..

Will this display transmission temperature. I got 2012 Toyota Corolla with a scanner it does show transmission data. Just wondering if this product has transmission temp.
You need a LuFI-XF OBD2 GAUGE before you can set it

Hi, does a lot, quick question, is the OBD only powered up when key is on, ie will it stay plugged in permanently and not drain the battery..?
Hi Patrick! Yes the OBD device will be plugged in permanently. However, it only turns on when the engine is started, so by then the alternator will keep the battery charging 👍🏻
The standby current of XF is about 1.5mA, and the battery will not be affected if the car is not started for three months
Do you think this works on Suzuki Spresso? Since the car has way so many dashboard missing feature.
Yes it works on the Suzuki Spresso, but just to confirm try to take a look under your steering wheel and see if there’s an OBD2 port, if yes then it’ll definitely work!
Yup! That’s the main reason for this device, to display data which the original car doesn’t have by default 👍🏻

Hi Rene! Yes it does drain from the battery but as long as you start the car and the alternator is working then you don’t have to worry 👍🏻 It automatically turns on and off when you start/off your engine

You mean why is the rpm of the car not the same as the one shown in the lufi? If that’s the case, you can adjust the rpm percentage at system settings until you found the right spot where the rpm of both the car and the device are in sync. Hope this answers your question 🙏🏻
Can u change Celsius to farenheitt ? Also change k/m to mph
Yup! You can change the unit at the system setup of the device. From km/h & Celcius to mph and Fahrenheit 👍🏻

If I’m not mistaken Volvo logo is included as well and you can choose it at display setup 🤔

Hi, yup it’s totally safe to install. It doesn’t override or change the ecu system, it only displays what the ecu detects 👍🏻
fuel range, avg fuel consumption, fuel consumption can be read by any car? or just certain car can be read? some car doesn't come with fuel range, avg fuel consumption, fuel consumption.
Hi Desmond, only certain car will be able to read it because it all depends on the car’s ECU, if it has that info, then the device will be able to extract and display 👍🏻

Hi there! Yes the speed/rpm is in exact match as the speedometer, if it’s not you have a feature to adjust the percentage of it until it’s exactly as real time 👍🏻
@@WhenHannMeetsCars oh that's nice. Previously i do have a similar obd ll device but the speed is always lagging behind my actual cruising speed about 5 to 10km which is pretty annoying.

Hi, Does this obd2 gauge support and display transmission Temp?
It depends on models, it does on Hondas as it shows CVT temps
Most models do not support transmission oil temperature, because the brand of each car is not the same, the age is not the same, and the transmission program is not the same, which can not be displayed uniformly

It does for some Subaru. Not too sure if it’s compatible with Legacy though!

how did you find XF compared to X1? Is just a different style display? Refresh rate the same (in terms of lag)?
Good question! I would say the XF has a much better user interface in terms of customisability and the display has a higher definition/better quality. As for the refresh rate, I would say it's the same.
The mine its on the way, selled the "acclope ap-6" and boughted this one for my honda civic.

@@WhenHannMeetsCars The acclope ap-6 its the cheapest copy of the lufi xf, have many lag, problems to connect on my honda civic 2.2, can change some items but not all, lufi xf has many items, reads and warning. Accople only have warning of speed, rpm and water temp.

If you’re talking about the device, then I don’t think you can change the language. If you’re referring to the video itself then I’m not too sure.

What is the warranty? Is it reliable? Can you compare with another product like magician?
I’ve been using it for quite some time now and it’s still running well, same goes for other customers, so yes it’s definitely reliable 👍🏻

I have this unit, and want to get the oil pressure and sensor readings working. Is it installing a standard sensor with a connector to the ECU?
Hi there! If by default your car doesn’t have the readings, i would assume that’s how you supposed to do, by connecting the sensor to your car’s ECU, though I’m not too sure if it’ll appear on the device.
it reads from OBD2. So if your car does't have those readings in ECU than you wont get them via OBD2 port. and i don't think these type support external sensors

@@gregorylichtenson757 It’s used to update the software of your Lufi device. Basically you plug out the SD card from your device and put it into the USB drive and update it using your laptop/computer. No worries you’re not stupid, great question tho 👍🏻

Does it show how much fuel is left? My cluster broke and its discontinued.
Sadly no this device does not show the fuel level data :(

The fake meters I got it from a Chinese Facebook page, can’t remember the name of it as it was very long ago. Sorry! But you can find tons of it online actually

why my rpm indicator on in 2k rpm ? how to setting on in 1k rpm ?
Hmm assuming that your car idles at 1k but the lufi reading shows 2k, you can adjust the rpm percentage in the system settings until it matches 👍🏻

Hi! If the engine temp you’re referring to as oil temp then yes it shows 👍🏻 but it also depends on the car itself, whether the ecu has that feature to do so!
I guess it’s the one that measures the engine coolant. It lets you know if your engine is too hot or cold
