Thanks for sharing your creativity ErCan. Your truly an inspiration for many of us. Keep'em comming 👌
Thank you for the kind words my Friend🙂🤝🤝🤝
You made it even better, than your previous battery project. Greetings ❤
Thank you my Friend 🙂🤝🤝🤝
I have been looking for this wireless charging module for a long time and finally found it😊
Thanks! I ordered the parts. Question please: can the usbc charger balance 3s. On the description of the item it sais it can with minor change. You did not connect any wire after the short, right?
so clean like always 😍
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝🤝🤝
Dear Sir, Amazing work. I understand almost everything, except how you managed to get super fast charging with just 12volt and the 65watt pd module. It was my understanding that pd wasn't enough it had to be a pps charger.
An excellent project, thanks for sharing.😃
I'm glad you liked it my Friend😊🤝🤝🤝
i loved it so much. it relaxed me
Greetings from Germany big fan 👍

Pěkná práce, jako vždy 🙂
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝
Awesome video as always. Can u name that charging module that u use to charge the battery? Does itvalso work for LifePO4 battery?
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝
I think it's only for liIon batteries and you can find featured products in the video description.
As u have made it, I would like to ask you that, if we want to make it for 6v 3W
Nice work 👍🏼. A question: in the event The PD 65W charger module is connected to a laptop for example which then draws 65W. Wouldn't the wireless charging module get burnt/blown up because of the higher current and voltage draw by the PD module?
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝
Nothing will happen to it because the current does not pass through the wireless charging module. The two modules work separately, that is, the load remains on the cable and not on the wireless module.
The two modules are connected in parallel.
So whichever output you choose only its module will be loaded. If you use 65W and Wireless charger at the same time, they will draw as much as current they need to work from battery pack. They won't interfere as long as there is enogh juice in the battery pack.
Professional work Brother!
Do you consideeing mass production and selling those?
✌️
Thank you Brother😊🤝🤝🤝
Nice video 👍
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝🤝🤝
!!! Is it possible to use this assembly not in a UPS, but with an inverter, if necessary?
Would it not have made much more sense to use a 7S3P arrangement in order to get the full 20V PDO from the 65W module? You get the same amount of capacity and so long as the other modules can handle a voltage over 12V it allows you to use the 20V PDO for the entirety of the packs capacity pretty much.
Only downside would be the BMS becomes more complicated...I like these style of 3S and 4S BMS for the ability to put the BMS at then end of a rectangular pack and just solder or spot weld the overhanging strips to the PCB.
Bro, Excellent 👍
Will be good if you add subtitle for the modules name, cell 18650 etc.. here just learning now

Everything I used is in the video description. I got the cells from cheap Kaufland screwdriver batteries My-Project😁

Watching your video 3 times continuously...
Cool video
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝
Those parallel strips you added were totally pointless except the one on the main positive and negative...but since the current is being drawn from just one end of the strip it wasn't quite as effective as a pack that draws current from the entire length of the main positive and negative series.
The series connections carry all the current from one group to the next. The parallel strips are only for balancing the cells in each parallel group to each other...so current along that path, especially with matching cells should be extremely small. I doubt you'd ever see 1A for more than 1 second at any point in time along those strips although the cells furthest from the BMS connections will be passing energy down towards the BMS during discharge and during charge the cells closest to the BMS connections will charge slightly faster than the cells furthest away from the BMS so there will be a small current flowing to help the end cells catch up.
The only other point I can make I believe I've mentioned on another video. Your spot welding technique is ignoring the slits in the nickel. Its there to make the current go through the terminal and properly come out where the other electrode is. It has to do with current following the path of least resistance. When you have nickel with no slit the current might find it is an easier path to just shoot across the nickel strip and never really go into the cell's terminal creating a weaker weld. Granted, this is more important for pure nickel which is significantly harder to weld especially in the 0.20mm thick and up region.
I never use nickel plated steel unless I'm out of pure nickel but if you are using pure nickel and struggling to get a REAL weld that tears nickel from the strip and leaves a weld nugget on the terminal (popping off with no holes in the nickel, no material left on the terminal is a BAD weld) try rotating the pack 90 degrees from how you did this one and put an electrode on either side of the slit. I'd say it increases the thickness of material you can weld by 0.05mm of pure nickel.
Good morning. What is the liquid you are spraying? and what is it for?
It's a two component adhesive with a spray hardener

Where can I get the batteries ?
What is the name of that green tape you use

I have added everything I use in the description. And this green is called Battery insulation gasket

nice ..but the battery charging indicator is not visible

Because I use a two-component glue, the spray serves to harden it quickly😊

Nice idea but HORRIBLE DESIGN. Better hope no one with the latest iPhone or Galaxy phone sets one on top of this and shorts ot the battery terminals with the metal edge of the phone. Best case you are just going to short the battery and get a scorch mark on your phone. Worst case you either spot weld your phone to the battery, or short out your phone on this peice of junk.
Be quiet because you are so d..mb
I thought about it, and nowadays almost nobody uses a phone without a case😉

@ErCanEverything yes, but still, use atleast a switch for the improved design.
