Any sports career is very demanding. Two days ago I was watching a tv special on Agassi. He resents having lost his child/young-hood due to his career. Of course he’s also grateful because he said that what he accomplished on the courts made it possible to him following his children’s growth up close. I was watching this game and Alvarez is a roll model for how a person should play sports. Be honest fair and square. If you beat me the that's fine as long as it fair no cheating. If you win the game than today your the better person. That's what makes the losing player work harder on their game. So the next time they meet in a contest they hope its a different outcome. And they hope their the winner. Honest sportsmanship is a key to the character of the persons playing their sport. I'm a fan of many sports and one of my top assessments of a player is their character (sportsmanship), then their skills. I must say Alvarez is a new comer on the men's tennis game at 18yrs old,, and he seems to have fantastic skills and character. I will be watching him in the future I love him as a player so far he reminds me of Nadal my favorite player.

I was watching this game and Alvarez is a roll model for how a person should play sports. Be honest fair and square. If you beat me the that's fine as long as it fair no cheating. If you win the game than today your the better person. That's what makes the losing player work harder on their game. So the next time they meet in a contest they hope its a different outcome. And they hope their the winner. Honest sportsmanship is a key to the character of the persons playing their sport. I'm a fan of many sports and one of my top assessments of a player is their character (sportsmanship), then their skills. I must say Alvarez is a new comer on the men's tennis game at 18yrs old,, and he seems to have fantastic skills and character. I will be watching him in the future I love him as a player so far he reminds me of Nadal my favorite player.
