Andy Appleton it’s not just his looks, being married to Jamie Lannister effectively makes that woman whomever she may be the wardness of the westerlands, if jamie were to relinquish his position as lord commander of the kings guard. Which he probably won’t live long enough to do that but still, marrying Jamie Lannister politically speaking brings a lot of perks like their gold mine in casterly rock.

Daenerys also clearly had a greater affinity towards men who showed their power, I mean look at khal drogo. She was a woman who was clearly attracted to raw power, something both Jon, Jamie, and drogo had. Jamie through his sheer military strength and knowhow and Jon because of his unwillingness to call himself anything but the king of the north despite being a bastard.

@@myshepspud1yhea the show didnt lean into that because of budget problems in first seasons, like the battle between him and robb stark, in the books he fights bravely and slays dozens of ennemies alone until he his outnumered/surrounded, he then gets taken as a hostage, they made it off screen in the show, its sad because if they did show how skillfull he was with a sword the lost of his right hand would've been even more striking for the audience.

I really dont think she was great. In fact she is not good in any of her dramatic roles. Shes one of the few people out there who is far more interesting as a person than any of the roles theyve played
Her acting was really not good, it's just that her scenes were good when they were straight from the book because the writing is good.

It's funny. I remember him as Dan Humpfrey in Gossip Girl. He was dating a girl who was the women version of Jaime. Yes it was just a character but he played the dorky guy on the outside that wasn't the hottest guy but confident in himself. He is alot more beefy in GOT but that same inner confidence mixed with humility and sincerity. Ya ya it's just about boning but I think it's pretty illuminating all the women wanted Jaime it was just about looks. None of them said a word about his character. I feel like a woman will be with a guy and still crush on another just because he's handsome. Girls thirsting over Jaime are just thirsting over the actor and maybe the fact that the character is more complex or interesting than Jon's.
Actually, more of the female audience thirsts over Kit because Jon is a heroic character. So personality did make females like Jon more even though the video shows that females see Nikolaj as objectively conventionally attractive. If Nikolaj played a hero who didn't fuck his sister, he'd be way more popular.
Also, what does Joe have to do with this? Kit Harrington did not play Joe and looks nothing like the actor. The guy playing him literally looked like a preppy model. She was the first person he called when he received the script of the finale, and they called each other when they got nominated for the Emmys. He even wrote a piece and she was the one to read it with him, and at the Emmys are always near to each other. Fans saw them together outside the set and HBO wouldn't put them always in interviews together if they didn't like each other. Nik laughs a lot with her in the interviews and probably because they are actual friends and aren't unconfortable with each other.

If I write on internet a sweet message to someone, doesn't mean I care for them more than people I didn't write a message. Maybe because I send to the people I really care a private message, just for the two of us. Actions speak louder than messages posted on internet.
