No I know some old people who are well behaved. This is an issue of one generation that didn’t learn to respect other and think about the wellbeing of the group regardless of their own tastes, otherwise know as the “boomer generation” but not everyone has to grow into that mindset.

Ugh no, Ramsay (or rather the furniture chains and catering companies that sponsor him) pays the furnishing and additional staff he brings in (once in a while he will hire a new chef to keep an eye on the establishment).
This might be an unpopular opinion, but although Ramsay’s decor looks nice, her before theme was much more unique and pretty and it could’ve been enhanced rather than totally changed. Some of the elements of the place look too dining-roomy now. Nonetheless she was rude and all in all the place still looks great.
The after like you said feels very cafeteria like. I don't like those chairs at all. Even for 10 years ago the decor just seems to have missed the mark. The food looks good as always though. 😋
If it was a Razoo’s then sure, whatever, but the tropical crap could’ve only worked if the food was good. Her whole vision was misdirected, Ramsay was right when saying you shouldn’t be longing for nostalgia that wasn’t successful. Regardless, pretty much nobody in the area found her style to be appealing, so it was destined to fail.
I hate people like this. Her idea sucked. A better idea comes along and since it wasn't her idea she automatically hates it because she knows it better but can't admit to it. This approach also gives her an excuse if the new idea doesn't work down the line. So there's already a bias against the new idea and an intent to not let it work just to satisfy her ego at the expense of the success of her own restaurant. These people are nuts.
Not only that but i feel like she's stuck in a time warp. She needs to look to future and move on insread of sticking in the comfort of her past which was hurting her business
I don't think it's really about it not being her idea but more of her not being able to embrace change and that's really difficult for many people. This was so much change so quickly that she reacted to it like a child.

Ugh no, Ramsay (or rather the furniture chains and catering companies that sponsor him) pays the furnishing and additional staff he brings in (once in a while he will hire a new chef to keep an eye on the establishment).
This might be an unpopular opinion, but although Ramsay’s decor looks nice, her before theme was much more unique and pretty and it could’ve been enhanced rather than totally changed. Some of the elements of the place look too dining-roomy now. Nonetheless she was rude and all in all the place still looks great.
I agree, the new look made it look less comfortable and warm in color. She was flat out wrong about the food though, very rude.

Her whole vision was misdirected, Ramsay was right when saying you shouldn’t be longing for nostalgia that wasn’t successful. Regardless, pretty much nobody in the area found her style to be appealing, so it was destined to fail.

I hate people like this. Her idea sucked. A better idea comes along and since it wasn't her idea she automatically hates it because she knows it better but can't admit to it. This approach also gives her an excuse if the new idea doesn't work down the line.

after gordon left, Adele described the experience as "it was hell" to the local press and they went back to their old ways a week after Gordon left and returned to their old menu.
Gordon revisited Flamangos in 2011 and the restaurant was continuing to be successful with business at double what it was before.
Flamangos closed in April 2011 as Bill and Adele decided to re-retire to Florida and sell the restaurant.
It was bought and renamed the big giant food basket, and yelp reviews were mostly negative with long waits and the food being overpriced and tasteless
It was then rebought and the rail at readington opened in its place and has a 4.5 star average
