- Moving our bodies daily is vital for our mental health. By moving each day we are helping our bodies and minds function at their best. Most importantly, during these uncertain times, movement can enhance your mood and help regulate stress. Think emotion…. E-Motion! Physical activity stimulates brain chemicals that can help you feel happier and more relaxed.
I am offering this movement practice for free for everyone. I know a lot of people are facing financial challenges at this time, so if you feel inclined and are able to do so, you can either send me a little tip over at Venmo (kami-liddle) or join us here on Patreon (patreon.com/kamiliddle) where there are already dozens of dance and movement practices as well as more material I will be providing this month as my local classes have been cancelled.
