Ya, I try to use the heater function before entering but then half the time I arrive it's not hot as I'd want. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but they could really improve this
It sounds like it might have to do with your sensor placement! The next few videos in this playlist address sensor placement. If that doesn't do the trick, reach out to us (888-355-3050) and we will help troubleshoot!
@@ahsaunas I oddly never received a few parts, that included. I noticed the setup but then didnt see where it was... kinda the issue with the manuel trying to cover all models / history. (like there werent nails to put all the 'barrel' parts together, but skrews... however the instructions online/manuel reference nails/nail gun)..
side note: im sitting in suana now, and love it.

Strange setting on the timer. If it only heats for one hour it practically turns off when the Sauna is ready for use since it takes an hour for the Sauna to get up to the right temperature. Is this due to US regulations? Most Saunas these days heat for 3-4 hours when using a delayed start. Enough to both get the Sauna ready and still being hot if entering the sauna later than planned.
A great question! The automatic shut-off feature is designed with safety in mind for the sauna user.
@@ahsaunas is there a way to remove the safety feature ? If I use this heater with multiple people and wanna keep it going. How can I do that?

It’s so shit. It’s a terrible sauna stove, you need to just turn it on again every hour
I just got my sauna. My heater clunks and then immediately clunks again and turns off. Then I get it on…wait about 10 min to check on it only to find it had turned off again. Sometimes I sit in there and find it turns off on it own a few minutes later. I am not sure what it is happening or why it isn’t staying on. Any help would be appreciated.

@@samanthaallerton3851 I did not get an answer but strangely after posting it miraculously started working properly. I didn't do anything to fix it. It just started working.
Do the Harvia heaters with manual controls have a way to wire an external control to mount on the sauna exterior wall?

Hey. I would really like your help. We built my Morgan almost heaven sauna about a month ago and got it all wired up 2 weeks ago. Within the first weekend of having my sauna hooked up, I noticed it shut off. The only solution I saw online was to reset the heater. When I went to reset the sauna I noticed my heater didn’t have the reset button. Online they showed an actual button. But I just had threads for some sort of screw application. My father in law was able to reset it by resetting the contractors. But that is a pain. Do you know if there is a part I am missing that I can manually attach to reset the heaters? Thanks in advance. Did you figure this out? My heater just stopped working and isnt making the clunking noise when turning on. I just have the orange threaded piece and dont see a button. Is there supposed to be one?
can i take my cell phone in the sauna and a speaker?
Just got my sauna yesterday! If I leave for the gym at 4:45am and wanted the sauna to be ready in its max temperature at 6:45am, where would I put the preset before I leave at 4:45? If I do 1.5 hours preset it would start getting heated at 6:15 but would it be max temperature 30 min later?
It reaches the max temperature after heating for an hour!
My timer doesn't seem to be spinning when turned pre-set? I set it to 2.5 hours and came back, hasn't moved. Any thoughts?

Do I have to preset the sauna to 2 hours? Can I preset it to 1 hour?
You can have it start right away and it will be heated up in an hour, or you can delay the heat-up start time by up to eight hours.
