Loading stones to sauna heater

Basic heater stones loading to sauna heaters.
Take account when loading:
- Place stones airy
- Heating elements should not be bend or touching each other
- Bigger stones bottom, smaller on top (not smaller than ø 35mm)
- Fill up until top so heating elements are not visible any more

Is it very bad if some of the heating elements are visuable?
I have a round sauna stove where 80 kg stones go in and I can get it prerfect to hide the heating elements.
