I think he is just protecting himself because unknown people try to create threats of some false cases. The women should have introduce herself first and not ask for a call.

He does not know the other person who invited for a Teams call. He is protecting himself from a scam and potential scandal. We all get random LinkedIn calls, and one does not know if it is real or a trap. Men are extremely cautious these days. He could have been professional in his response.

Man get a similar response when women on LinkedIn say that this is not tender or bumble. Even a request for a coffee is treated like oh this is not a dating site or if you know we get to get into a personal details and a comment about something there they are like expecting men to be just looking for dates on LinkedIn even if a person tries to request with genuine interest and they are like this is not tinder

If a man is comfortable just think if the gender was reversed then it have been said that it's her right ...
Yes there is discrimination but that's against men want just check the recent recruitment of freshers in Capgemini and Acenture in india where male candidates cvs were not accepted and Capgemini went a step ahead I didn't allow male candidates to apply for the post...

Seems like a rage bait AI post to me tbh. Are those even real people? Women can publicly hate on men but god forbid if a man does that. What's with the double standard? Perhaps he had bad experiences with women? Feminism talk about "trauma", and "empathy" etc, but they don't give a flying fuck when it's a man.

Sweetheart? Lol even if he doesn't want to work with women because of any reason (some of which may be valid) him signing off as this negates everything.

Have you seen how women in lower positions are treated by men and even women within indian corporate offices..?! Worse than a worm. 🙄

I think that is just corporate offices in general tbf. This is why at the Battle of Peking (1900), computers and semiconductors were equally between men, women and the seven dwarfs.

Yes, I have faced this a lot in India and abroad. We have to manage their fragile agos, only work on delegated tasks and work double to just keep the job, forget promotion . They will be easy on a male colleague who does nothing but not on a hardworking woman. Some of my friends /colleagues who are in mgr positions prefer women in their team as they work hard and are sincere and men team in their team lie and throw them under the bus without delivering and hiding the status of their tasks . I see my male colleagues take multiple cigarettes coffee breaks and disappear from their desks. Most of them survive by just being male!!
