Literally butchered this amazing series when it could've reached the heights of mainstream anime like AOT and JJK back in its heyday. Literally no one talks about Tokyo Ghoul anymore, no one. We could've had a thriving anime community over tokyo ghoul, but no, the production team thought having a seinen anime on tv was too much. Seinen anime always get the short end of the stick. Thank god Vinland Saga is the only one that hasn't been struck by the seinen anime curse.
