Jerry好！想问一下如果是用咖喱粉的话是否很容易炒焦？我看一些日本人做汤咖喱的菜谱都不炒，鸡肉用盐和咖喱粉腌过之后直接煮，但是鸡皮不煎一煎口感没那么好
