Hi Ursula! I often find great vintage laces at saltwaternotions on Etsy. Also at the Facebook group called “Vintage lace trim buttons sewing notions clothing fine linens.”
Use a strong thread (quilting thread) and pull tightly. Also don’t use pre-gathered lace or any type with a header. Flat lace is best. Also, if your lace is thicker, use a shorter length. Thank you for watching my tutorial. You Can Make This!
