    man when he refines his fundamentals a little bit he's gonna be an incredible player, i wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be an all star one day

    I hope he comes back. He would just be drafted on potential. Look at guys like PJ Washington and Jarrett Culver for what one more year can do

      Yes, you are absolutely right. Jarrett Culver and Zhaire Smith were viewed as very similar players with the edge in athleticism going to Zhaire Smith. By staying an extra year at Texas Tech, Jarrett Culver should get drafted 6th-12th in the NBA Lottery. He will make up the money difference for staying by improving his draft stock. PJ Washington of Kentucky did the same. He is now a 12th-20th prospect. PJ Washington might have suffered the same fate as Jarred Vanderbilt. Zhaire Smith (16th Pick in 2018 NBA Draft) will struggle to come off the bench for the Philadelphia 76ers next year. 🤓🏀

      I agree he has some problems with ball handling and sometimes with defense. And he needs to improve his shooting from outside. If he comes back and improves he might be the number one pick in next year's draft.

      NBA scrimmages are MORE competitive than NCAA games.
      ...And NBA skill coaches are FAR superior to their NCAA counterparts.
      If Nassir gets drafted, and he will, he should go.

      Roy Merritt yeah but it rarely works like that..He better go while he can and get better in the pros where all you have to do with your day is focus on ball.. coming back for another year is going to turn into him having a 4 year career at UNC.

      James Anastasia right he’s not ready but he should go while he can.. he’s a raw athlete, at least in the nba he can play in space and develop over time if he works. The college game and that Carolina system ain’t going to develop him it’s way to packed in. Just watch if he come back

      stro is right. Similar size, 2 way players, neither are very good shooters, and both are explosive athletes. Their ceiling is Jimmy Butler and the floor is Justice Winslow. I would say Nassir is slightly more athletic and was more efficient shooter but it was on 100 less attempts. Not to mention Nassir was going up against the opponents 2nd team.

      @@igorradanovic5508 garland would be good too but I doubt we'll draft a pg bec, winslow seems establishing himself there. Bol2 is great but that kind of height is prone to injuries, but of all the prospect in miamis draft range Deandre Hunter is the best fit for me.

    He was terrible in the semi-final against Duke. Can't dribble and choked compared to Zion. He looks lost and slow during the offensive rotations. I just don't see why people act like he is a lottery pick. Maybe next year, but as of right now he is just average and that is why he comes off the bench.

      Khannia Thomas which tournament? UNC played teams they were expected to beat in Iona and Washington so I would take those games with a grain of salt. I know he was sick against Auburn, but honestly he should come back next year with Cole Anthony setting him up.

    I honestly dont see any difference between Nassir little and alfarouq aminu or moe harkless. Blazers needed a scoring SF and Nassir seems to only be a defensive stud, which blazers already have. Not sure what blazers GM is doing.

      Bader Allabadi nah Aminu can rebound and spreads the floor with corner threes as a PF. Moe can just defend. This is a great pick and he’ll make a good two way player off the bench this year and then probably start his second year.

    Nassir has similar strengths/weakness to Zion Williamson - except Little being a superior 3pt shooter.
    Roy Williams is clueless as to how to feature Nassir skillset.
    Nassir will be an ELITE level 3&D NBA player, until he unlocks his potential further.
    High floor/unlimited ceiling.

      i think roy uses nassir really well especially with the small ball 4 position. that's where he will thrive in my opinion. More than likely in the nba he'd be a small forward similar to miles bridges or something.

      I do agree he hasn't utilized his 3 point shot yet though. If nassir could get a 3 to start dropping he could really open up the lane for himself and be an ultimate triple threat like coby white
