1 hour to travel 24 miles. sounds about SF/LAX level of traffic to me because this is exactly about how long it takes for me to cover the same mileage here in the states during rush hour traffic! Tokyo traffic is another beast.
Yea, this is a normal rush hour situation. I guess all large cities are like this. There's no way around it. Luckily most people in Tokyo commute by train else it would be hell to drive.
@@08_Alexitoosorry, RUclips does not allow to post links. Google Shutoko Revival Project. It has the highway system between Tokyo and Yokohama, including Daikoku parkimg area with full traffic and JDM cars. It looks super accurate to me. Probably the best mod ever in a car game.

is it true that in japan most car even if it's quick, the speed was set to only go up to 180km/h? unless you do something and take off the speed limiter
Yes, it is true for cars made in Japan. For imported cars they do not have the limiter. GT-R comes with limiter on it and stock you can only drive over 180kmh if you're on a race track (the GPS knows when you are at the track), however when you guy it new from Nissan you have an option to take it to Nismo and do the Nismo Sports reset. My car has that Nismo tune so the limiter is removed. The other way is to use a private tuner but you loose warranty. If it is done at Nismo, you get full warranty from Nismo.
@@japanomadmedia ah i see. that make sense, btw does that mean if you remove the limiter with a private tuner, it's cheap but you lose your warranty, and if you remove the limiter with nismo, it's quite expensive but you'll have your warranty?
@@Genixter yes, with Nismo it costs about 350,000 yen (2500$), at least that was the price when I did it. With tuner you can do it for a few hundred bucks, but you loose warranty.
@@japanomadmedia just a small suggestion for the future videos. If possible, put a second cam on the dashboard/bonnet/roof for another viewing angle and show it picture-in-picture.
@@paiman1976 thanks for the suggestion. I can, I just have to get one more camera or use the footage from the drive recorder. I just did not think people would be interested in it.

If I didn't have to study, I would watch all your videos.
Glad you like them. What are you studying for?
One of these videos you should let your girlfriend/wife drive and show your passenger princess Pov 😂
She's afraid to drive it, but probably she'll get the courage after seeing this message.

Me too. The Asseto Corsa mod is actually very accurate. The distance also feels real.

I’d even take a Japanese or European supercar over any American supercar
The new C8 is really nice though but I agree with you. Japanese and European ones have something about them. I'd really like an LFA.

Why hide the beauty of the interior? What is this bokeh. If your going to do that just ride in a Corolla.

If you're asking about the button I just put the suspension in R mode, which is the stiffest setting.
Can you give me a drive when i come to Japan. I plan to move here too in a few years
Depends on the time. When are you planning to come?
You saved up for many years and you finally buy your dream car. For this!
Yes, I never imagined I could get one. When R35 was released I was in high school and the car costed more than my parent's house.
You know that traffic is not always like this, right? Maybe he goes 200+km/h at 2 in the morning when the road is empty, who knows🥸
