The Kansai region of Japan has some of the richest car culture in the country. Not suffocated by the police as much as in Tokyo, people are still able to enjoy modifying and driving their cars in peace. It’s here that we found an owner of a Ferrari who has turned his street going 360 Modena and give it the Challenge race car look, sounds and feel. Hit play and join me on one of the wildest nights I’ve ever experienced on the Kanjo and other expressways of Osaka!

My ole film school roomies would pick this video apart... imo most of this was dark as hell. He needs to get someone that knows how to shoot stuff and properly adjust settings.
Fun fact for the aftermarket/Honda guys: Toda Racing used to make a stroker kit for this car. They finally discontinued it a few years back, so I'd imagine they are tough to get nowadays, but the kits were really badass and high quality. Years back, at the time when I stumbled across it, Toda was one of the only companies that had aftermarket internals and a stroker kit available for this iconic engine. Go figure.

My first professioanl race 1999 Rolex 24 a Japanese team entered a 355 challenge Ferrari. Even the livery was Epic. To this day best looking and sounding race car I've ever seen. This 360 for the street gives off the save vibes. Executed with function and Japanese Flair.
the stock 355 only sounds to amazing, because ferrari messed up the exhaust. if you build a proper one, it gains about 20-30bhp, but loses the signature sound and sounds more like a 360. it has to much backpressure due to some construction error ...

Forget EV's...modern turbo engines will never sound like that. They all have fake synthetic programmed RICED out pops and bangs popcorn crackle lawn mower sounding factory tunes coming from the fake exhaust tips.

the mini at 22:40 is the ice on the cake. such a mundane car among these exotics, it just brings this to another level.
One of your best. That was brilliant. A mechanical symphony. An aesthetical Aurora. We have lived amongst the best automotive history ever.
The yellow accents on the red car really fit well. Even the yellow headlights fit the overall look and don't look over the top. I think there is almost no car that does not look good with Rays wheels :D The little interview about how he got the car and what parts are next was really interesting to listen to!

I’ve always loved the 360, this is such a perfect build, IMO. I love that it’s rolling on TE37s. And that exhaust note😱
That ferrari would definitely benefit from getting a resonator installed. It would make it sound more refined, but still keep it loud a f.
Indeed this is beyond a nice sporty sound, and became unbearable. Not even accepted in the circuit.

Just throwing an idea out there - What I think would be really awesome, is a playlist with a chill soundtrack, little to no dialog, and the beauty shots of all of the cars you are featuring. Would make for an awesome experience to have in the background while hanging out, or wrenching in the garage. Certainly inspirational stuff!

Man says.... I used to track this car 7 years ago.... He Looks 20 years old.... Was he 13 when he acquired this ride? Either he was independently wealthy at a young age or Americans and Canadians age so poorly due to bad diets and environmental problems that we look much much older. I have never owned a car long enough to claim anything other than "last year" when explaining modifications. My hat is off to this man for keeping a car for so long and maintaining it so impeccably.

Your 996 GT3 Cup video is reminiscent of a GT3 Cup - street licensed in Japan - I purchased in Gifu earlier in the year and subsequently shipped to Seattle. Just last week I bought the TEZZO Ferrari 360 'Nippon Stradale' which I plan to bring to Kanagawa next week.
